The cap on the refill bottles are impossible to get off. My hands are red, raw and peeling off and I have a very serious cut from trying to get the cap off. Please for your own health and safety don’t but this

once again the mist bottle was empty. For the money I haven't found this product all it was cracked up to be. Very very disappointed and pockets a whole lot lighter. Not happy not impressed in the slightest.

Works Great – I own a few of these. One of them is 3-4 years old. Never had an issue with any of them, they all work fine. They last longer than the plug in ones, and don't have the annoying noise of the spray ones. Show details

Impossible to open the refill bottle – It is absolutely impossible to open the refill bottles. 5 different adults have been trying to get the cap off this bottle for days now with no success and multiple minor injuries. I'm going to toss the whole lot in the bin and buy a different brand. Avoid!! – Like everyone else so dissapointed with these and such a waste of money! The refill bottle tops don't come off and this is the second one I've purchased with the same issue. Absolute junk and if you do get a refill bottle you can use it doesn't last long even on the lowest setting in the diffuser. Now I'm stuck with these crap machines and no way to refill them!! Never worked at all – Opened a new unit and installed the batteries and bottle. Very simple to do if you have an IQ. The unit never turned on and I thought it may have been the batteries. Batteries all tested good. The unit is not getting power and I'm not going to pull it apart to repair it. Poor quality control is my best guess. I'm tired of repairing new things that should be working to begin with.

useless – I get one or two puffs maybe every couple of months then change batteries hard to believe they sell it dropped it on the floor and hoped it would break so I could toss it out but it was able to be put back together and puffed a couple more times :( Show details

because that is the only positive thing. Placed on medium setting on kitchen bench while I prepared dinner & only noticed two “puffs” during that time. After 24 hours of not noticing it working & no perfume smell I put on highest setting to try & get more of a fragrance, absolute waste of time. The perfume oil is very subtle and released spasmodically in a mist lasting approximately 5 seconds. After two & a half days of not noticing it working & no obvious perfume smell I sat for over an hour, eyes focused on the top waiting for the “blue light & puff” indicating the release of fragrance & in that time there was one puff & that was only when I switched off then back on before I started my experiment. There is nothing wrong with the batteries, the bottle of oil is inserted correctly & there is no way I missed a puff as I didn’t take my eyes of it. I read the review from Sandra & she is correct, the only way I could get a puff was to put dial on low then highest after that it simply does not work, which I have now proved. I am returning the dispenser & the spare oil I purchased to my supermarket & will never ever purchase another Air Wick product again.

WASTE OF MONEY – These Air Wick Essential Mist Starter Kit will run you over $10 with taxes and it's a waste of money. I have purchased two of these Air Wick Essential Mist Starter Kit and the first kit didn't work so I had to return it back to the store. The second one worked for about 2 days and it stopped working. I'm not happy with these products and I personally don't think I will purchase another Air Wick product again! Show details

Most expensive cheap diffuser! – The unit works well and the refills smell lovely. However the Battery life is terrible. Replacing three Duracell batteries that are required every month is just Ridiculously expensive to drive such a small unit.  Show details

Very Disappointed – Purchased one of these essential Mist, and 2 refills and followed the instructions exactly, set it, and the next day the bottle of essential oil was gone. I thought it was a fluke, so I started over, reread the instructions ( thinking maybe I did something wrong),and the next day, the same thing, the bottle was empty. Forever changing batteries!! – Very disappointed i thought it was great at first, once I changed batteries it was never the same, such a shame as I think this could have been a great oil diffuser

Glad I read the reviews – I was thinking of buying one of these, but so glad I read these reviews. They keep coming out with these products, what happened to quality control before producing, marketing and selling these useless items. I already spend to much on batteries.

Love it but hate it – I love the lavender and almond blossom fragrance. But the mist diffusers only work fora few months. Then even replacing the batteries regularly doesn't help. It just quits working. Buy a diffuser, does the same thing and lasts longer. Show details

No thank you – I’ve had to change batteries three time for ONE bottle of mist. It’s still 3/4 full but I give up. Good concept but just doesn’t work. Would not purchase again.
