Wrong voltage, cheaply made unsafe / reporting to authorities for safety compliance too and Commbank has been supportive of refunding and filing for fraud / they’ve been contact countless times for this product. I contacted the seller. Their response relied on unreasonable warranty terms (30 days) that focused on “troubleshooting” rather than guaranteeing a safe, compliant, working product. Despite the obvious fault and safety issue, they refused to provide a refund.
I then lodged a dispute with PayPal, which was closed the same day without proper consideration, despite the evidence provided.
The website also claims awards and strong consumer protections, but I could not find any independent verification of these claims. Based on my experience and other reviews, the marketing appears misleading with false advertising.
Under Australian Consumer Law, a product that is unsafe and not fit for purpose is a major failure, and a refund should be provided. That has not happened.

use. The attachments are so poorly designed they don’t even fit securely into the connector, which makes the whole “5-in-1” feature useless. When I did manage to attach something, it barely worked, it certainly doesn’t perform the styling functions it claims to. The overall build feels extremely cheap and flimsy, nothing like what you’d expect for the price.
To make matters worse, their customer service is virtually non-existent. There’s no phone number to call, emails go unanswered, and it’s impossible to actually speak to anyone about getting help or a refund. It feels like once they’ve taken your money, that’s the end of the story.
If you’re considering this product, I strongly recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere. Poor quality, terrible design, unsafe to use, and backed by zero customer support. Absolutely not worth it.
This product is advertised by an influencer on instagram using a different item. It’s a scam, what you receive is a product that does not comply to Australian standards. The plug comes with an adapter as it’s an international plug and it’s a cheap and nasty product.

I cancelled order within 10 minutes of purchasing & their customer service agreed to process refund. 4 weeks later and 4 different customer service agents saying refund will happen, and yet still no action. Don’t buy this product. It’s a waste of money and unsafe. The build quality on this product is very poor. It doesn’t have a compatible plug and comes with an adapter that the plug keeps falling out of. Mine stopped working and had smoke coming out of it on Monday after three months of light use. The company refused to offer a refund and had no interest in the safety concerns raised.
