AirCare installed our Daikin air conditioner at very short notice before Christmas. Carl was efficient and honest and explained the process clearly as we'd never had a/c before. The guys did the job without fuss and cleaned up perfectly. The unit functions beautifully in time for Sydney heatwaves!

Called and had a visit that evening and unit installed that weekend. It's so hard to find honest, professional and prompt services these days but fully recommend them. From arrival to departure, they kept me informed of progress and then clean up left my lounge looking like no one had been there! Friendly and dedicated team who treated me and my… Read more

small unit install like a valued customer. No hesitation to tell anyone to use Aircare because they do CARE! Rebecca V.

Air Care Solutions Pty Ltd - Picnic Point – Would absolutely not recommend Air Care Solutions (ABN 846080351050) or [Name Removed]. Paid $7051 for repairs - he is unreliable - fails to return to complete the job despite numerous requests, and agreed meeting dates. He now abuses us. Not a nice person. Nasty.

Beware: Unreliable and Untrustworthy! I don’t often leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. I hired Karl from Aircare Solutions Pty Ltd, located at 66A Apex Avenue, Picnic Point NSW 2213 (business owner Lina Hajeid) to install my air conditioning. He took a large upfront payment and repeatedly promised to show up—yet never… Read more

did. Every time I followed up, he gave excuses (sent an old photo of himself in hospital) or rescheduled (always on a Friday), only to not show up or ghost me again.

Months have gone by, and I’m left out of pocket with no work done and no sign of him returning my calls or messages. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially during the coldest months when reliable service is crucial.

If this has happened to you, too, please take your matter to NSW Fair Trading, NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), and report to Scamwatch.

Avoid at all costs. I paid a $5,830 deposit in Oct 2024 to [Name Removed] from Aircare Solutions for an AC install that never happened. After weeks of delays and broken promises, I had to take the matter to NCAT. The NSW Building Commission fined Aircare Solutions for multiple breaches i.e. no contract, excessive deposit, and failing to supply the service. [Name Removed] was completely untrustworthy. The whole thing was a nightmare.

Awesome job – Karl and his boys are professional and exceeded my expectations, really go out of there way to do a great job , very happy with the new split system that was fitted today and also gave me great advice of what size of unit I needed to do the job . Thanks again and I will be sending referrals to you guys

Terrible experience - just dont go there – Run! It is nightmare to get Air Care to complete the work engaged to do, work is very poor quality. For all the same reasons cited by other reviewers - trader collects final payment, does not ever complete work or return calls. Surely it must be more difficult to do a bad job than a good job, but if one this is for sure this trader consistently behaves this way.

Never again – [Name Removed] from Aircare solutions arrived within hours of our initial inquiry for a service call and convinced us that one of our seven-year-old split system air conditioners needed replacing due to mould. We paid over $7,500 for a new split system with a two-year warranty plus 6 months on labour. Weeks after installation the system started… Read more

indicating a fault and is not working. We contacted the Individual who sold us the system and were told somebody would call to assist us, but nobody turned up or contacted us. Seven phone calls leaving messages on both the mobile and landline and 6 text messages to the mobile number asking for assistance have all been ignored. The landline goes straight to mailbox and the mobile diverts to message bank, stating they will contact you as soon as possible. nothing ever happens, so we will not be using this "Local family business" again. Eventualy we contacted Daikin who arranged for an inpection under warranty, but they reported faulty instalation. Aircare Soloutions had used the existing connections which we had paid to have completly replaced. We had to pay $220.00 for the service call and have to fork out an aditional $1,700 for the work and replacement parts required to get the system up and running.

Would not deal with them again – Was told the zoning feature doesn’t work but in fact it does - extra $1500 to fix. Total work was $8.7K including replacement of two fans but no invoice issued for 2 year warranty. Excuse was need to go into the office to do the invoice but weeks have gone by and follow ups unanswered.
