Be careful what you order as cancellation and refunds hard to get. Company representative told me they hadn’t processed my order but to cancel would see an administration fee. The item I ordered was not particularly clear that it was only half of an airconditioner. Good point - they told me this. Bad - I’m fighting to get my money back.
