Competitive prices – I purchased a Fujitsu split system air conditioner. These guys were cheaper than Good Guys and Harvey Norman. Highly recommend for competitive prices and was able to pick up the unit on same day of purchase.

Long haul service – I purchased a Braemar ducted system a couple of years ago. Yesterday the controller went off which meant we had no heating. I was looking for the receipt to contact Braemar as the unit was under warranty, unfortunately, all I could find was the delivery docket and so I phoned the company (airconditioning warehouse) and asked if they could email me a copy of my invoice as I needed it for the warranty claim. To my surprise, I was told to bring in my old and faulty handset controller and they would swap it over - I did and was given not only a new unit for my DHU but also another simpler one I could install if I wanted too - all at no charge. The salesperson (Chad) remembered my purchase and was just as helpful now as he was when I first purchased the unit.

I returned home delighted that it had been so easy and that they would process the warranty with Braemar (even though they don't sell Braemar units anymore). I connected up the new unit and discovered that it was still not working. A crawl under the house soon revealed that the wire had been severed.... I'll return the new handset back on Monday comfortable in the knowledge that I'm dealing with a team that not only looks after its customers with price and service but also is prepared to do what its necessary to ensure that the goods they supply do what they are designed to do.
