I had a very disappointing experience with this plumber. I paid for a bathroom pipe connection, but the job was done poorly — the pipe was left unsecured, which caused a water leak and damaged my brand-new cabinet. The plumber initially sent someone else to do the job, and it did not appear to be done by a qualified professional. After I reported the issue, he came back and only partially fixed it (tightened the pipe), but did not properly repair the damage or replace the affected parts. There is still concern about mould due to the leak. Since then, I’ve tried contacting him multiple times to resolve the issue, but he keeps saying he will come back and never shows up. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Absolutely terrible service! – Contact them and they will rip you off for sure! They charged us $950 to repair our hot water system and took no responsibility when it failed after two months.

A honest plumbing service - who knew such a thing existed? – I reached out to the owner, Russel, to discuss a problem I was having with my HWU. He offered a solution and arranged for one of his contractors to attend my home the next day. Andre arrived promptly at the time arranged with the part required to replace the part Russel suggested may be causing the issues. Andre first checked the issue and inspected the existing part. Having found that the part could do with a decent clean he offered to first clean the part to see whether it would make any difference before replacing it with the new part. He did exactly that and retested and we found that the problem was resolved. Throughout, Andre kept me apprised of what he was doing, and why, and made sure that I was happy with the result. If it had been any other business the contractor would have replaced the part and charged me accordingly and I would have been none the wiser. I have never come across such honest service and wish to highly recommend Russel and his team for their integrity and honesty. It is a scarce commodity in this day and age and one I highly value.
