Hilton Plumbing advertise 'no call out fee', however I discovered after they attended, even if they only look at an item and do not do any work and leave after 10 minutes, they still charge $150. This is very misleading and in breach of Fair Trading laws. You should remove your ad, or do the right thing and reimbuse your customers.

We had broken water system & Bailey came out same day to fix very happy with that as we have elderly parents & fixed our laundry tap while he's was here he was a blessing

this beforehand, and only discovered it after I followed Consumer Protection advice and asked to see his licence. The number he gave me was not listed on the official register, which raised serious concerns about compliance and transparency. The second plumber who attended appeared frustrated about being sent to the job, and his behaviour felt intimidating and inappropriate. As seniors, we felt fearful and vulnerable in our own home. This was not just uncomfortable—it was emotionally distressing. When we raised these concerns with Hilton Plumbing’s supervisor, the response was limited to polite but generic reassurances. There was no meaningful apology, no offer of compensation, and no acknowledgment of the emotional impact. We also requested to speak directly with the business owner, but this was not facilitated or acknowledged. Since the incident, I’ve experienced daily free-floating anxiety, which I believe is directly related to the intimidation and lack of resolution. I don’t take this lightly—it has affected my wellbeing. Consumers deserve licensed professionals, respectful treatment, and genuine accountability. I hope Hilton Plumbing will take this feedback seriously and improve how they respond to concerns.

friendly and your mate in the trade. Exactly what I was looking and hoping for. So I called them and the lady on the phone was polite and booked me in the next day and gave me an estimate price range to expect which I thought was good. But of course it’s easy to promise great service, it’s the delivery service that counts. So Ryan the tradie comes out and with in 2 minutes I’m asking my self does he own this company as his whole attitude body language questions he asked were completely in line with what the company mentioned above. I was very happy like 10 out of 10 for effort professionalism and price and would absolutely recommend the company again especially if they were all like Ryan. and desperate to talk to someone, I searched the net and seeing the reviews for Hilton Plumbing, I remembered we had used them years ago on a Sunday morning with an internal burst pipe with great success. To my shock, a real person answered the phone first attempt. A Plumber who specialised in locating leaks was on site a couple hours later. He located the leak in a very difficult position, Sorted a bypass to allow us to have water and booked another team to come and complete a more permanent solution to a very big job. Everyone I dealt with at Hilton Plumbing did what they said went they said they would do it. They have the right experience and equipment to handle the most difficult situations. I was happy with the outcome and the cost, I wont be calling anyone else in the future. As I type this a week after making the first round of calls to the other companies I'm am still to gain a reply from the other companies. I have a Electrical job coming up and will be using their Electrical arm to complete the work. Hilton obviously care for their reputation and have been professionals every step of the way.

Once again Hilton Plumbing has impressed me with their service. Very prompt in attending a blocked drain issue. Dave was super friendly and very efficient and got the job done for very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. Great job team.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and patient with all my questions. Kept me updated for installer arrival time. Installer arrived, explained everything, cleaned up afterwards so you would never know anyone was there. Will definately recommend.

Hilton Plumbing (David) visited our house to assist with a slow draining kitchen sink. He advised what the likely problem was and was able to solve it quickly and relatively easily, and was clear with costs. The company more generally are very good to deal with- great communication, and they’ve fixed issues on a number of occasions for us.

I later contacted the company, who then stated in writing that their pricing is actually $149 for the first 15 minutes and $50 per additional 15-minute block, which is completely different from what I was told onsite.

The plumbing issue also wasn’t resolved. I was advised the plastic obstruction had been pushed further into the pipe and that the problem could return. If the “solution” is to pay hundreds of dollars just to push the obstruction further in, I would have been better off not engaging a plumber at all.

Because of the inconsistent pricing information I was given and the outcome of the job, I have lodged a formal complaint with Consumer Protection WA. I have retained timestamped footage and recordings relating to the visit.

I do not want anyone else going through the same experience or being misled like I was.

Only here to make sure they don't bury negative reviews under so many suspicious positive reviews, and will continue to do so. within minutes a job is booked, within 1/2 hour a workman or workwoman arrives . The job is repaired within a few hours and the other little dripping taps and laundry hoses are also bundled in to the job. Yep, the job is perfectly completed, the pressure tested, the place cleaned up the taps free of brown water...Then I ask Brad, how did you like the coffee I made you? With a smile and a good vibe the job is done. The bill is miniscule considering the urgency and number of little jobs in the deal. I'm so in love with Hilton Plumbing. They are my comfortable, handy service people I can count on.

Our water heater started leaking. Michael from Hilton Plumbing came and assessed the issue. Unfortunately, it was irreparable and needed a replacement. He returned the next day and replaced it. Hilton Plumbing team including Michael, Bailey and their manager was professional, responsive and skillful. The admin was also very helpful. I was happy to work with them for my bathrooms renovation and will call them again.

Even though there were a few hiccups along the way, however they did not leave me stranded or run, instead they apologies and fix everything properly until I was satisfied. I was very happy with the result at the end and I would be going back to them again if there are future works.

Hilton plumbing were a pleasure to deal with and was very thorough with letting us know our options with shower refitting and helped us eliminate our drains from a leakage problem. Would be glad to use them again for future issues.

Paul was the plumber who arrived to fix my toilet blockage. He was meticulous in assessing the possible causes first and then carried out the unblocking quickly and efficiently. He was extremely polite and friendly, kept me informed as to which methods he intended to use and gave advice on my septic tank. I would be happy to call on this company again.

I used Hilton to service a Rheem Stellar hot water service and the experience was perfect. Quick response to my query on their website and the work was completed that day.
