Quick response. On time, thorough, cleaned up after the job. I could have tried it as a DIY job, but the end result was so much better than I could have done. It was well worth the money to have Hilton Plumbing come in and sort it out.
Booking of our hot water system was smooth and simple. The appointment was made promptly and our technician Carlo arrived right on time and was brilliant in his communication with us the quality of the work was top shelf. We are glad we called and will be back for all our future needs. Thankyou.
Excellent service was at our house within 15 of me ringing. The young plumber was very informative and explained exactly what was happening. These are going to be my to go plumbing people to go to from now on

Keep away from these fools..My first experience using HP&G.. terrible ,, 20 min after leaving, walked upstairs the sound of water can be heard, I was informed on return, the issue was ,, the fitting wasn’t tightened. so why was this? I heard banging on my bar shelf & sounded like he was using the spanner to get it right,, tightening up at the wall doesn’t need any bashing with a adjustable spanner,, God knows what would have come of this if…

The job took longer than expected and staff were obviously in a hurry to leave. Hot water service was placed in the wrong position, cornice was damaged and had to be repaired at a later date and hot water service only works intermittently. Supervisor attended and just wanted to charge us more for repairs. We're still having cold showers. Absolute waste of time and money - worst tradies I've ever dealt with!

Big thanks to David and Tom from Hilton Plumbing for replacing our gas hot water system. They were friendly, professional, and worked quickly while still doing a great quality job. Everything was explained clearly and they cleaned up afterwards too. Really appreciate the excellent service — highly recommend!
Be VERY CAREFUL. They advertise no callout costs but will rip into you when on site with a price that may as well include callout cost. Expect even a minor blockages using the hydro jet to be charged at top rates and give it at least 24hrs for response. From the initial enquiry via their website, to receiving a prompt and friendly call from their Admin (Kim) who provided an indicative time on when they can turn up , to the plumber (David) turning up on the dot as promised, everything in their process just worked where their professionalism showed. The investigative work on site was thorough where the plumber went to great lengths to pin point the problem. No issue recommending.
Carlo was very professional and assisted with the replacement of the unit. Installed neatly without any damage to tiles. The old unit was taken away for $55. thank you Carlo
Had a leaking pipe under the concrete outside kitchen. leak was fixed but what they call completion of job is this photo. A 100kg block of concrete for a 70yo pensioner on chemo to replace. No apology and "we will come out and replace it but it's not part of our service and we are not concretors or landscape gardeners we are plumbers we have done the plumbing job and that's where it ends" OMG!!! I was gobsmacked!! So you're concretors when you're cutting out the hole with 'ching' 'ching' ringing in the background but you're not concretors when it suits YOU. Unfortunately good old fashioned customer service has gone the same way ethics has gone, down the gurgler. I've spent thousands with these 'people' but they will not get a penny more off me. TAKE HEED! When a company says 'Payable on Completion' ask them to define 'completion' and will they 'complete the task and not just 75% completed. I paid $370.00 for 5mins to find the leak you'd think that would have given me the privelidge of getting a complete job done. Not so. Oh! I should add in no way should this have a bearing on the actual workers on the coal face. It should have a bearing on management who no doubt push these guys to CUT corners. Follow-up · It will 12 years before we need a new hot water system it's was same day fix, pricing was spot on they quoted the price before hand so I knew what we were up for & yes cleaned up afterwards..
Mike the Patience .First impression is always the.best .I found out he is very honest and took his time to do the job although it is a small job he took him time and did an excellant job.did his final checks and above all the service is with a smile .

We required a plumber and Lachlan arrived on time . I found him polite and informative whilst he worked on rectifying the issue. The invoice was exactly as quoted . I would happily recommend Hilton Tradies and Lachlan in particular for their service and a job well done.

The plumber Darian was very courteous and arrived right on time, he was very thorough and helpful offering alternative solutions, absolutely no pressure to commit to a solution right away, a really helpful and pleasant tradie to deal with!! gas line from the meter to the heating system needed to be upgraded to 25 mm. He initially quoted $1,350 for this additional work. I questioned this recommendation because my previous hot water system of the same capacity had been operating without any issues for more than 12 years. The technician then told me that if I did not agree to pay for the additional work, he would have to uninstall the newly installed unit and take it away. Following negotiations with his boss, I agreed to pay $850 for the proposed gas line upgrade. However, when the technician and I inspected the gas line in the roof, we discovered that the existing line was already 32 mm in size, larger than the proposed 25 mm line. At this point, the technician changed his explanation and claimed that only the approximately 2-metre section between the gas meter and the roof needed to be replaced. He then quoted another $500 for this work. I questioned why the replacement was necessary when most of the existing gas line was already 32 mm, larger than the 25 mm size he had initially proposed. Despite my concerns, the technician remained adamant that the work had to be done. I eventually made it clear that I would not pay any additional amount and that he could uninstall the unit if he insisted on the extra charges. During the subsequent phone conversation, his boss behaved in a threatening manner, which made the experience even more unpleasant. In the end, the technician left the hot water system installed and running, and I paid the originally quoted price. The system has been operating without any issues. Based on my experience, I was deeply dissatisfied with the way this company handled the situation. The changing explanations, substantial additional charges and pressure to agree to extra work left me seriously questioning the necessity and transparency of the proposed charges. My advice to other customers: Be cautious. Before agreeing to any additional plumbing or gas work, ask for a clear technical explanation, a written quotation and independent confirmation that the work is necessary. I would not recommend this company based on my personal experience.

When the plumber, [Name Removed], arrived, he told me the charge would be $149 for the first 15 minutes and $50 for every additional 5 minutes. I later contacted the company, who then stated in writing that their pricing is actually $149 for the first 15 minutes and $50 per additional 15-minute block, which is completely different from what I was told onsite.
The plumbing issue also wasn’t resolved. I was advised the plastic obstruction had been pushed further into the pipe and that the problem could return. If the “solution” is to pay hundreds of dollars just to push the obstruction further in, I would have been better off not engaging a plumber at all.
Because of the inconsistent pricing information I was given and the outcome of the job, I have lodged a formal complaint with Consumer Protection WA. I have retained timestamped footage and recordings relating to the visit.
I do not want anyone else going through the same experience or being misled like I was.

Had a water filtration system installed under my sink. From confirmation of quotation to completion of work, everything was completed within 2 business days. The work was prompt and very neat and tidy. The plumber was friendly, professional and took the time to explain a few things I was unsure of. Overall very happy with the experience and installation. 10/10.

Carlo plumber was on time and very polite. He explained what work can be completed and time it will take to complete the work. The plumber completed the work at a high standard. 2toilet systems replaced in full, required one to have additional pipe work. Old toilets removed which left a very tidy refit. Carlo super professional and a very pleasant tradie to have carry out the work.
Had problems with my hot water system, lachy came out and explained the issues extremely well, as I didn't have a clue what I was looking at. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely hire him again.
I would highly recommend Hilton Plumbing for your plumbing requirements. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. Contacted them on Monday for new hot water system and it was installed and operating within 24 hours. Thanks Riley and your mate for a great job.
