HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT SCAMMED ME AND INJURED ME. Sold me an UNUSABLE bike that is too worn out to be used, wasted my money. I've been INJURED 3 times trying to get it working and my latest injury stabbed me because the barrel adjuster cable was sticking out and frayed and stabbed me as I was adjusting the H screw. Why didn't they use proper protection on those wires... Oh right they are a shoddy mob. My thumb is still sore and throbbing, I hope it isn't infected.

I asked them before I bought the bike I wanted a bike for a smart trainer and they just LIED. I've just been since told the chainring is too worn. If they offered a new crankset or chainring that is usable. I would've paid the extra money but no this is a SCUM company that just wants easy money without doing any work. They are scamming on shipping to, after you order a bike They extort more money from you after you order.

ALSO NO AFTER SALES SUPPORT. They just ignored my requests for help. OF COURSE THEY DID, they got the money and ran.

I've just recently been told by a pro in the field after showing him photos not to ride the bike even indoors as there's a big risk of the chain jumping and risk of chain break and slamming into the handle bars. Well the chain jump already happened once and my right rib is still sore from hitting the handle bars but I ain't a wuss, I get slammed, pinched with a chunk of skin removed and stabbed but keep going but apparently the injuries you can sustain on this shoddy bike can be far greater and I've been told not to use it. So the bike is UNUSABLE.

This shop claims bikes come with full roadworthy certificate and full servicing... Yeh right sure... Have fun eating pavement.
