Placed an order for bike parts 33 days ago and I'm still waiting for the order to be shipped. Was told 22 days ago that the order should ship in just a couple more days. Will follow up again but really shouldn't need to. Very poor service in this instance.

technical info, critisism more likely falls to owner/manager to better manage the website and customer expectations re timelines for delivery. Purchased same item from another supplier, dispatched within 2 hours....
So I ordered 2 bicycle tyres well over a month ago. The wrong size tyres were sent . The external paper label said they were 27.5”, but stamped on the tyres was 26”. So yesterday, I emailed asking what was happening because I hadn’t heard… and then the reply came with a tracking number, that they had been delivered. However, the tracking was for the initial delivery of the wrong tyres which occurred nearly one and a half months ago! IMO this is poor business!! Come on Crooze , this is pathetic, and since I have read other reviews detailing the same sort of run around . Quite Annoyed!

Spent a few hundred on ergon SMC saddles and parts, small mess around due to supplier issues and shortages a little delay. But was sorted asap. Good shipping but there was a big scratch on my handle bar
Competitive pricing, quick delivery, product as described. Unfortunately the product had a defect and seller didn't accept customer complaint of a defective product. Customer corrospondence was a single response email from the seller over a 1.5 week period. Had to contact the manufacturer directly who immediately organised the replacement through the product importer.

As soon as we contacted them, they responded and organised to have everything express shipped to our holiday unit interstate. I used the gloves and jersey for the first time today. Follow-up · Good afternoon ,there is no more i can add due to the fact my bike was stolen from inside the carrum downs shopping center while i was sitting at a table collecting money for welfare for the Salvos with the bike almost within arms length .so how is that for rude so i now have to replace the bike.
Purchased a Lezyne Steel Drive Flat Black Floor Pump from Crooze. I knew there would be a delay (given as two to three days) as it had to come from the supplier; however, it took longer to ship and overall, 19 days to get to me. That said, there were updates once it shipped. Show reply
Follow-up · I assume that the shipping delay was related to the need to order the product from the distributor, i.e., it was not in stock despite there being no indication of this. The pump has continued to work well, proving its worth despite the wait.

Follow-up · I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. I got onto Crooze quickly and they cancelled the order, because I ordered the correct size separately and the money was transferred within days. I ordered the clip in mountain biking shoes and my son loves them.

until 16th June. In this day and age of just-in-time stock processing, that’s disgraceful. I’m not prepared to wait 17 days for any order to show up. Get with the 21st Century Crooze. If products are not shipped from Australia, then information mentioning that needs to be provided on the website when customers place orders (so the customer can choose to proceed or not).

Ordered the axle around six weeks ago and saw no movement or updates during that time. I ended up having to call and ask what was happening with the order. After speaking to someone, it finally seemed to progress, and I received it about a week later. Based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.
Ordered this item because it was listed as in stock. And shipping was 3 days. But clearly wasn’t!! Actually took 4 weeks to finally arrive. I will not do business again. Only put one star because there was no lower option!!!
