FINGER STRENGTH NEEDED TO OPERATE HEAT SETTINGS – Pros: The iron has 10 adequate heat settings. Linen setting is actually hot enough to do the job which not all irons achieve. Cons: The control to scale up the settings is covered in a soft plastic which is almost impossible to action for anyone with arthritis or weak hand strength. (See light grey quadrilateral shape fig. 3) I need both thumbs, while grasping the iron with both hands, to click through the 1 - 10 settings. Most other features are similar to every other iron.
