Hi Where do i get spare parts for Ferrex Petrol water transfer pump model number WTP 208BWS. I have damaged the housing , which houses the impeller, by blue metal rocks entering pump.

We bought one a year ago and it is now in need of repair and all small engine shops tell me to take it back to where we brought it, so where can I take it to be repaired? I’m assuming Aldi doesn’t have a maintenance shop? Where do you send them when they are under warranty?

What pressure bar does it make, need to know to buy a suitable 50mm lay flat hose.

Works like any petrol powered pump, google any instructions. Connect suction hose, connect discharge hose. Prime pump, turn on, choke on, start, choke off, away you go.
