Can this chair meet the expectations – 1. The build is heavy which means no cheap plastics 2. Packing - well labelled but one part was missing from the packaging. Can't even construct it – The holes for the bolts to attach the armrests on the underside of the seat are drilled too close to the other hardware meaning the armrests cannot be attached at all.
