Works well – I've been using this fan in the bedroom for a few months now. Very happy with it and it works well to keep me cool at night. I only use it on the 3rd setting as I find the 4th setting too loud. I have to agree with the other poster in regards to the beeps when you want to change a setting. If I could turn it off, I would. Show details

Quality circulation fan at half the price – Great quality. Good oscillating motions. Timer works well. 4 fan speeds that are great. Small enough to not be noticed in the room and still pushes a lot of air. Really quiet at night. You are not meant to pull the fan apart to clean the front and back grills but that is okay. I've had Vornado in the past but this is my new go to fan. Great product and a 3 year warranty! Show details

Works ok, but weak design = broken out of box – Bought it brand new, and it was broken out of the box, a very pathetic plastic part that makes the vertical oscillation, had snapped in half, either when it was packaged or in transport. It should have been made of metal. Other then that it works. Fan speed 4 is pretty noisy and alot faster compared to the other 3 speeds. Having a remote is good.… Read more

Its a good fan, just cheaply built and can break very easily. Look after it and it should serve you well.

A better version of the expensive brand – Great fan has the added bonus of oscillating side to side and up and down, meaning it circulates the air all over unlike the vornado which I bought 5 years ago for twice the price. It's slightly larger than my vornado but not in a bad way as the extra features it has makes sense it is slightly larger. The remote is great too, so you can change… Read more

some settings (not all) in bed via remote. There's also a "natural breeze" and "sleep mode" setting. Not sure what the difference is for natural breeze vs normal setting but the sleep mode decreases fan in 30min increments so you don't wake up cold. It's also a lot quieter than my vornado fan as the fan has 4 settings whereas the vornado had 3 but even on the lowest setting it was still quite strong and loud. A great upgrade for half the price. It has a 3yr warranty so be sure to take a pic of your receipt and complete warranty slip. My only negatives are the beep sound it makes when you change a setting it's kind of loud, I wish there was a setting to turn off or the volume of the beep. Also the light on the control panel on the fan is quite bright, especially when it's running, so in a very dark room when sleeping I can be a bit distracting. Wish I'd bought it a year ago I'm sure they were selling it last year cheaper but it's still worth what I paid for. Lastly it's a special buy so if you see them for sale at aldi and you need a new fan don't hesitate, just buy it, its worth it!

Stirling air circulation fan from aldi – This was so worth the money. At $59 it is half the price of most air circulation fans. It’s so small but does so much, blows a strong breeze and has a remote control. It goes in a circle or up and down side to side depending on how you set it. It’s amazing how much it can do. It’s only down side is after a few months the print on the actual fan is rubbing off so maybe a bit better paint could have been used, it does have a 3 year warranty though Show details

was a perfect fan but has died in under 3 weeks – was a fantastic fan , great for air flow and temperature regulation but it has just stopped , one moment working one moment nothing - problem with Aldi is that once a product is sold you cannot get a replacement i am told Show details
