Excellent fans – Excellent service and product! Fans came on time and were easy to install. Using them for a home gym in the shed and they work perfectly.
Powerful fan – This fan blew the hemp seeds off my salad. Literally. Great fan, good size, stable base. Only thing I could fault was the plastic screw cover on the fan housing. Didn't fit/stay on very well. I'll try my best not to ignore the instructions and leave the fan outside to rust. Show details
Great fan - except body rusts – The power is great. Not having a remote makes it easy to operate and the settings not be changed by children. The plastic blades work well. Quiet. The metal body around the fan rusted within 6 months. Show details

time summer is almost over. The main problem seems to be when the fan is in turn (or oscillate) mode. When it gets to a certain angle in the turn cycle it shuts down completely, it will generally start again as long as you leave it in a fixed position. Further, the wired remote controller no longer controls the fan and while ever it’s turned on at the power point it runs, the consequence of this is that there is only one speed.

Great fan, quite pricey for what you get – I wanted a wall fan for my kids bedroom so after some extensive searching, this was the top rated fan in Australia. I considered getting it shipped down but it wasn't worth it. So off I went and got myself a bundle - 2 for 375. 1. which is light. Considering that I paid almost 200 a fan I would have expected to see some mounting screws but there wasn't any at all - none for the fan and none for the remote. At Costco you get an entire pack of different types for screws when you just buy a 80 dollar TV mount. 3. The fan though was easy to mount up. The fan blades though were something else. These looked like they were made from cheap metal and could slice someone in half. They just seemed very cheap. 4. Had to make sure the fan cover went on right after as I didn't want it falling down and the blade zooming off and decapitating someone. The cover itself wasn't as easy to slip on - there were 8 positions which sort of had to slide on. 5. All done, the remote was wired which I knew about so that was OK. No mounting screws again for this though. 6. The fan itself is great. There are 6 settings, 3 is about as quiet as it gets and 4 - 6 are quite loud. From the reviews I assumed that all 6 are quiet but they aren't. Then again, these aren't meant to be in a bedroom. 7. Turn on the fan and the speed is 1. Set it to 3 but clicking the next twice. Turn off the fan and the next time you switch it on, it is back to 1 again. So really , EVERY time you switch the fan on you have to set the speed again. That's alright - I like humming the 123- ABC song when I do it.
In summary - yes the fan is great - good airflow and none of my other fans come close. But for the price I would have expected. - Screw mounts - Quieter fan - Not having to set my speed all the time
Would I get it again? We are quite limited to what we get in Australia - so probably yes.

Bought one to try mainly for DC power savings – I'm a production engineer/geek was against buying this for our hostel due to its high price, this last summer we had loads of wall mounted fans (cheapish H***r brand) breaking even many brand new ones. strong (and power saving too!) Just wish Fanco, as the only australian DC motor fan maker, do size/power varities of these for smaller space or domestic use even. I would rate this really very high in durability department as well.. this i'snt going to break anytime soon. Good for

A good air mover – I purchased the Fanco wall fan as I have a warehouse apartment with large air volumes. The semi commercial grade of the fan ensures that it really does the trick quickly moving and cooling the air. Low noise levels means it is perfect for the bedroom. Quiet, efficient, powerful - whats not to like? – I purchased one of these to replace my old 75cm 'industrial' fans which I use in my patio to blow my BBQ smoke out the side. Unfortunately the 75cm was ridiculously noisy and it had to go after a few years. This new 45cm DC fan is as quiet as can be and with a roaring BBQ it does the job at top speed so I am very happy with the change from the old 75cm. Dc wall fan – Good quality fan and the digital buttons work well. The fan is reasonably quiet. Comes in pieces but takes only a few minutes to put together. Being a DC powered fan is a cheap option. Show details · 1
