ALDI Top Mount Fridge

3 year warranty but didn’t make 4 – Doesn’t get cold enough to freeze ice cream in the freezer or stop milk going off in the fridge, Got gradually worse with time. When it became impossible, tried to get warranty service but Aldi/Stirling stick to the 3 year warranty even though Australian Consumer advice is 6 years. I expected a longer life. Happy with this product – No problems with this fridge - maintains very good temperatures, very easy to clean just use damp cloth. Frost free fantastic. Removable internal baskets make it very user friendly to clean. Two large crispers. Happy with this product. Freezer compartment a little small for our needs but just readjusted to suit. Again no problems experienced with this product. Janice

203 litre Stirling Fridge – Our Stirling fridge purchased through Aldi is now 40 months old and is now leaking water onto trays and onto floor. Fridge came with 2 year warranty. Have contacted Aldi and the supplier Tempo Australia and have had no luck with either. Useless fridge and disgraceful follow up customer service – Do not go near this fridge! Absolutely useless, food goes off, its on highest temperature and doesn't even freeze ice cream or keep drinks cold. months later, (after many emails, most of which are ignored) i'm taking them to court for reimbursement costs plus extra costs associated with what this stupid fridge has cost me (which is going to be a lot more expensive for them that i first requested, but that's their own fault), even though i've been repeatedly promised full refund. Cannot stress enough how disgraceful this company is, and i even emailed aldi and that too was ignored. Will never touch another product from these people again. Avoid at all costs.

Stirling 203l refrigerator – This was a cheap fridge but I believe , even in an age of cynical planned obsolescence, that it should have lasted longer than three years. "Service" from ALDI's supplier [Tempo (Aust) P/L] was no service at all. Uninformed words from an ignorant adolescent. I suggest that you do not buy any form of technology from aldi. Cheap throw-away rubbish

Stirling frost free fridge 200l (aldi) – This is not a good product ,18 months old ,bottom not working .freezer top full of ice.so it is not a frost free now .it is used as a beer fridge .so is not over used .never owned a new fridge that lasted only 18 months .no more Stirling products for me. not good enough .doors where not self closeing .
