Tha clothes are nice,but I found the size range was quite limited .The girls are quite helpful but can also be a little pushy .I was trying on a pair of black pants and the sales girl opened the curtain and stood in the change room whilst I was trying them on . And they won’t return garments you are not happy with .They will only offer an exchange.
Follow-up · They do not refund .If you are not happy with your purchase or change your mind they will only issue you a credit note to the value of the purchase or you can exchange for equal or greater value .No refunds are accepted.A receipt MUST be produced! I found that when I walked in I was approached immediately and wasn’t given the appropriate time to look around for myself .I tried on a pair of pants and the girl came right into the change room whilst I was trying them on and saying how great they looked on me .I was deciding between 2sizes and wanted privacy to try both pairs on . Also when stock is low they don’t seem to have many size 14s which is a very popular size these days.Good luck if you need a size 16 or above!
