Top service! Can't be happier! – We cannot be happier with Alfa Air's top service! Love our ducted air conditioning system. What a great team they have. They were on time, and each team member were efficient and proficient in their own role. They were done in less than 4 hours! What an awesome and friendly team. Excellent Service - Highly recommend – I had a Panasonic ducted system installed today, 5 sensor system. The boys were amazing so polite and fast to get the job done. 4 hours and it was running, they cleaned up and took away the mess. Seriously the best service and price for quality products.

everyone was so polite, friendly, respectful and you could tell they all work very well together as a team and enjoy what they do. The job was completed with no fuss on site and easy admin in the lead up. Thanks Rachael, Chelsea and Darren in the office and Christian, Liam and Cam on site… Alpha Air were recommended on my locals FB page. After receiving 4 quotes for my new heating/cooling ducted system, Alpha Air were the most responsive, could book a quick install date with certainty (which was great considering I had received a $1000 fine from my council for the noise of my old system) and provided a great deal of information with all my questions. Regarding price each quote was within $200 - $500 of each other and therefore my decision was made based on the responsiveness of Alpha Air over the others and their quick install date in respect to the fine I had received from council. Highly recommend this company – We required a new split air conditioner. Found Alpha Air and called to arrange a quote. Office arranged for one of their reps to see us within two days. He advised us the office staff would email us a quote later that day or latest the following morning. Quote arrived the same day with prices for the 3 units that the rep had discussed with us. We were very happy with the quote, made our choice of unit and phoned Alpha Air office advising them we wished to go ahead with the quote. Booking of install was made for within days of us accepting the quote. On the day of install a team of 3 installers arrived on time. These men were very professional and friendly. Install went without any problems. To our amazement the installers not only took the packing boxes etc, but vaccumed up the dust from the install, and also took away the old unit at no extra cost. We would highly recommend this business both for price and professionalism.
