Chair weld snapped off underneath. Consumer Affairs should ban the sale of this product. The weld has no penetration. Came right off. This could have seriously hurt someone.
No reply and no refund – Chair damaged , sent back and now blocked account and not replying for refund. Don’t purchase from these guys don’t waste your money…

Terrible avoid at all costs – Can't sit for more then half hour without pain. No padding and massage motors dig into everywhere

Awful chair – So uncomfortable, stab’s you in the behind, massage is awful, cushioning is terrible, do not buy!

really poor design and not even worth the cost – I have received the chair yesterday straight out the box, assembly was alright though one of the armrest screw holes was already bent and I struggle to get in as well as half the caps for the holes wont fit. here are a few other things I found after having the chair less then a day. The wheels are really weak and has already broken The LEDs along side wont stay selected color and flicker, turn off or change color completely. The padding is really poor in the seat and gives no comfort. The sides of the seat is really hard cuts into my legs. The massage cord is much too short and cant turn around while plugged in.
looking at all the reasons above I highly recommend you save your money and don't purchase this item.
