Alice's Garden

I bought Alice’s garden deck chairs and the material joining the slats deteriorated to the point of snapping as someone sat on it. I bought 2 and they both snapped within weeks of each other after 13 months. Do not use outside!

Outrageous behaviour. This is nothing short of theft – Goods ordered were not available but payments made through Afterpay. I moved, so cancelled the order but payments were still debited to my credit card. I have contacted the shop, spoke with a man who said he could do nothing. That he had sent messages to his boss!? No refund made to me. I’m following it up with the appropriate authorities. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

This business should be shut down – I wish I could give 0 stars. We bought an umbrella and initially had no issues - however very quickly parts started to break due to cheap materials (certainly not designed to withstand an outdoor environment in Australia). What’s going on??? – Ordered market umbrella and base nearly a month ago. No goods have arrived and I can’t contact the company. I think they may have gone out of business. Be warned!!

Avoid this company – Extremely slack customer service, no updates on orders. Still waiting for my product which has not been shipped yet despite being well past the arrival time promised on the website. Save your money and go to a trusted company

Communication – I am a customer who ordered an umbrella & the associated bases several week’s ago. The umbrella arrived with a missing part & the bases have not (arrived). I have sent several emails during the past week with no response whatsoever, this sort of treatment gives purchasing on websites a bad look, I have tried to call, & the message indicates they are busy with emails, not busy enough, it seems, to answer mine.

was picking it up and not having it delivered. I wasn’t able to contact them on the weekend by phone. Fair enough it wasn’t urgent but I got a call back and they responded within 24 hours to inquires made online, providing clear and accurate information. The delivery item was on time and communication was excellent. After buying the third item, I noticed a voucher had not been applied in my invoice and within a few hours after inquiring I received a confirmation that the difference would be refunded even though I wasn’t sure whether the fault was mine or theirs. All the products are exactly as advertised. Very satisfied.

Poor customer service and wrong furniture delivered – Wrong table delivered and have been trying to get new table for weeks.

Lightweight but good quality – The table and chairs are just as described. Being lightweight, they are easy to move around. Great product for a great price – Such a good company ,purchased 2x sun lounges ,white powdercoat& grey texline outdoor fabric. They are sold as a pair.. Assembly is easy but recommend you use a small ratchet spanner " just a bit quicker " they supply all nuts bolts etc. Very modern designs ,and easy move around and maintainance free. Their comunication and keeping you informed on delivery was so good ,no excusses. Will recommend to buyers.thanks
