Arrogance personified

Arrogance personified. Brother very very clearly specified available dates (due to planned travel) for delivery 4 months after ordering. We understand dates can be delayed . Arrogantly nominated a delivery date and then said we needed to get a friend to accept delivery DESPITE telling them that is not possible. They now claim that if delivery isn't accepted on their terms and their dates then the order is cancelled and funds lost. THIS IS ALL DESPITE THE CONTRACT TELLING THEM THE, DATES ON NON-AVAILABILITY. ZERO flexibility, care, empathy and realistic trading terms

Cancellation requested. No help offered at all

Tried to cancel an order 6 days over the cut off of 48 hours due to drastically changed financial circumstances. No one ever picks up selection for queries. Straight to vm.eventually spoke to a regional manager who just said no. Offered no other alternatives but happy to take a $1000 deposit saying the couch was already in production. Horrible to deal with for such a large company who are unwilling to help at all. Show details

Seamless experience, thanks Plush Crossroads!

Plush Crossroads had a sale on, we loved the couch and bought it knowing delivery would take several weeks. It arrived today after about 14 weeks. The customer service there was excellent. I was a little worried having read all the reviews online however our experience was seamless. It arrived just before the Mother's Day bbq at our place! The couch fits perfectly and is very comfy. Plush Electric Recliners are not worth the money

Our $11,000 leather electric recliner suite has been nothing but trouble....One manual recliner mechanism has been replaced and a motor in one of the electric recliners has been replaced. Now, a second motor has failed and the suite is only 14 months old. These are very poor quality and for the price I would expect much more. Show details

Excellent customer service

My husband and I spent two weeks looking for the perfect lounge. We started our search at Plush Aspley assisted by Eileen who took the time to listen to what we were after and shared with us her vast knowledge of suitable lounges along with printed information. We continued our search over the next couple of weeks with no one comparing to the service we received by Eileen at the Aspley store so we returned today and are extremely happy with our purchase. Woeful customer service

Whilst we love our lounge suite and couldn’t be happier with the couches (the salesperson was lovely as well), we have had an issue with our ottoman that is still going, six months down the track. Customer service could not be worse! The struts did not work and this was reported immediately. Someone came out to ‘check’ because you can’t possibly believe the customer despite sending numerous pictures! This only delayed the process. Next TWO appointments, the wrong parts were supplied and the issue could not be rectified. I am told the part will not arrive until the end of May. Absolutely appalling. Show details

APPALLING SERVICE

Sofa ordered 26/12/2023 told 10-12 weeks delivery! Delivered today 05/04/2024 - absolutely appalling service! Two delivery personnel, one of them did nothing but swear, complain and find reasons not to deliver. Only after I asked them to stop swearing and leave my property did sofa get installed. Their hands were filthy and they have left marks all over newly painted walls - no apologies. I tried calling 1300 075 874 to get help and file a complaint and was told to email customer service as they could not help! This is totally unacceptable and I will never purchase from Nick Scali/Plush again. This morning has been very distressing and upsetting! Show details

I called today and spoke to Plush customer repair service centre ( Which is in the Philippines) The internal electric motor on the recliner part of our settee needs replacing. It won’t open up to recline, I***n was the guy I spoke to and he said he’d send out a replacement motor and would I be replacing it myself?
For one thing I can hardly shift the settee never mind fit a replacement electric motor it’s underneath the settee and i can’t lift it . Plus if i fit it and it breaks down then any warranty I have will be void, and thirdly it’s their job to replace it as it’s under warranty it’s certainly NOT my job to replace it. Is that the policy in the Philippines we send you the parts and you fix it yourself.
