Top class furniture
QLD, LoganPlush made my corner sofa and inner sprung sofa bed and they are exquisite, top quality, comfortable and stylish. The options of fabric and colour choices is substantial with designs and styles to compliment any type of home and decor choice. The customer service is phenomenal, no pressure to buy just great advice, interest in what you are actually looking for and the time and energy they put in to get things just right is commendable. Made in Australia with a great warranty it’s well worth the wait to get the product you envisaged delivered and not disappoint. Recommended this company to friends who have purchased and been more than happy with everything Plush provided.

Over promised, under delivered
Delivery ServiceAfter a long search to find the perfect new sofa, I was excited to find it at Plush. Even happier when I noted the sign on the sofa saying available for immediate delivery. Upon making the purchase transaction the sales assistant advised that in fact, the sofa was out of stock but that another shipment was due in 6 weeks. Slightly disappointed but still happy with the selection I agreed this would be acceptable and eagerly awaited my purchase.

Don’t waste your money!
Furniture Repair ServiceWe purchased 2 Plush leather lounges, nearly costing $6000, a few years on and they look like absolute rubbish. All the ‘paint’ colour is coming off everywhere. Plush refuse to repair as they say it’s normal wear and tear- I asked multiple times! They absolutely refuse. Shouldn’t happen after spending so much money

Disgraceful
VIC, KnoxI purchased 2 expensive leather armchairs only to have one delivered badly damaged, Plush’s idea of customer service is to send someone to try & fix it to no avail, then escalate it to send someone else, 2 weeks have gone by and I still have a damaged chair with no correspondence from Plush Head Office, the store have now washed their hands of it and told me to contact head office, extremely disappointed, why should I accept a damaged chair at full price or one that has been damaged however hard they try to smooth it over

Furniture Repair ServiceAfter chasing a warranty claim for about 2 years we were told today they won’t cover it because peeling leather can be caused by oily skin (which no one in my family has) or pets (why on earth would we have pets on a leather lounge??)
We paid extra for the best leather and also purchased their leather care products but they still won’t cover it.

Furniture Repair ServiceCheck your 10 year warranty carefully when purchasing a sofa from Plush Sofas as they don’t offer a full 10 year warranty on their sofas - they offer a full 5 year warranty however the remaining 5 years is a pro-rata warranty. This means that if for example you have a warranty claim year 8 of owning your sofa you are liable for 80% of the “Warranty” repair regardless if it’s a structural issue and 90% year 9 etc.. so don’t be fooled as this warranty information is only provided after the purchase is finalised in a small booklet that let’s face

Oh and don’t think calling Plush Sofa’s to discuss is helpful as they only refer you to that booklet (if you still have it) and don’t care about your situation. Will have not received this couch well after the max 12 week delivery mark as promised by staff member. I called to enquire about possibly canceling the order as the delivery kept being delayed, but was told I would have forfeit 40% of sale which was paid in full, so decided against that as is too much money to just give away.
