The customer service was amazing from beginning to end. Immediate updates from the moment of ordering through to the delivery. The delivery guys were awesome. the delivery team arrived they carried my sofa into my apartment including up a flight of stairs. Despite being a clearance item, it had no major marks or faults at all. I am so thrilled with the overall experience and couldn’t fault it.
Bought the olive green Arlo gas lift bed and paid the extra $40 for them to assemble it for me and remove all the rubbish! So worth it to have my bed ready for me in an hour without breaking a sweat! support. Sent out an independent upholstered to review - who was very rude. His report said no manufacturer fault. I was not complaining there was a manufacturer fault, I was complaining at how poor and old looking the product was after such a short time.
One side is sagging the rest of the sofa is tight and looks as I was expecting.
Do not buy from Lounge Lovers unless you want to spend $3,500 and get a sub standard product. I will never recommend the product to anyone. I have advised all my friends to be careful also.
Follow-up · Independent report only stated there is no fault with the sofa - however my complaint was regarding how shabby and uncomfortable the sofa is after a few weeks. Support was not helpful at all, they just told me it was basically my bad luck and nothing can be done, therefore they do not value repeat business or customer satisfaction. The resolution was that I am out of pocket $3,000+ with a sub standard product.

Follow-up · My beautiful chairs are so comfortable!! My visitors have all asked me where I bought them from. A wipe over with leather cleaner and they're back to new again.

Initial contact at kawana store was good. Purchasing over phone was fine. Delivery on time. Had contact from lounge lovers 2 times on day of delivery to update me on delivery time and once after to ask for a review. the damage and got no response. I then had to follow up via email a week later. Finally a reaping to say claims is looking into it. Then had to re send photos. Then a guy came to look at the damage. The technician said it could be fixed, but will leave a mark.
I have now taken 2 more days off work over the last two weeks as someone was suppose to fix it. It is still not fixed and I am still waiting. Id rather the chaise be replaced as ive been told you will be able to notice the repair. Im very disappointed. Such a expensensive couch and disappointing service since requesting support. I did receive a 100 voucher online to use but of course nothing at lounge lovers is $100 or less so it requires me to spend more, rather sneaky way of the company to make more money! I wont be using it as this issue has still not being fixed.

I have been a Lounge Lovers customer for over 13 years, and their customer service used to be excellent. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been one of the worst I have ever had with a retailer. I ordered replacement covers for my Long Beach sofa in November. Lounge Lovers emailed to confirm they would arrive on a specific date in February… Read more
2026, so I threw out my old covers that morning in preparation. When the new covers arrived, they were the wrong size — for the Mini Long Beach, not the standard Long Beach.
I immediately explained that my couch now had no covers and that I urgently needed the correct ones. Despite the error being theirs, I was told I would need to wait the standard 12–16 weeks again. There was no expedited delivery offered, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to receive a minor $150 discount.
For nearly four months, my family and I have had to use a couch with no covers. The cushions are now in a terrible state because they are designed to be protected by covers. The zips have broken, feathers are coming out daily, and I have had to constantly clean up the mess.
In June, the replacement order finally arrived — and Lounge Lovers sent the wrong covers again.
Once again, I have been told I need to wait another 12–16 weeks for the correct covers. No expedited delivery, and no adequate compensation has been offered. I am now left with my couch in a far worse condition because of the delays and repeated errors.
I would think very carefully before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, they appear to have little interest in putting the customer first when something goes wrong.
After more than 13 years as a customer, I will never order from Lounge Lovers again. This has been the worst treatment I have ever received from a retailer, and I will be contacting NSW Fair Trading about their handling of this matter.

Do not recommend at all. I never write reviews however had the most horrible experience. The lounge was expensive and it is not compatible with cleaning, any cleaning products completely bleach the colour out. I used the guardsman products they recommended to buy with it and it’s ruined. They won’t take responsibility for it. My whole lounge is ruined.

Very disappointing experience with Lounge Lovers. We purchased our sofa in September 2025, and within less than a year the grey fabric developed noticeable yellow/beige discolouration across the seat cushions. The sofa has had light residential use only - no children, pets, direct sunlight or spills, and the covers have never been machine washed.… Read more
We also paid $230 for the Guardsman Fabric Warranty/protection and applied it from day one.
Despite this, Lounge Lovers rejected our warranty claim and classified the discolouration as “normal wear and tear.”
It is disappointing that such significant colour change within the first year can be considered normal wear and tear. The outcome has left us with little confidence in the product quality or after-sales support.
Based on our experience, I would think carefully before purchasing a fabric sofa from Lounge Lovers.
