My experience coming into the store has been exceptional. Molly the sales assistant service today was 20 out of 10. Molly helped visualise the space and recommended another product to complete the look for my space inmy home. Molly created a visual photo of the pieces together with the lounge which i have previously purchased where i then sent to my daughter who was then convinced. Thank you again Molly.

emails back, you still don't get much help, all they do is refer you to someone else. This has been so frustrating that I would not buy anymore of their products, no matter how nice they are! Very unhappy customer!

Koala Living should find better contractors to work with and the customer care service is so bad. ever. The furnitures as good but the service is really not professional. They ask questions like they don’t know their product! Something has to change. It’s such a shame for a good brand like KL that the contractors and the Customer Care Service are bringing such a negative image ruining the reputation of the brand. I am not even mentioning the fact that the base part of the shelf came broken and we had to fight to reach out for replacement. There were no communication between the contractors and KL.

and then charged a **restocking fee** on faulty goods.

I disputed the charge with NAB, who initially agreed with me and refunded the money. Then Koala Living requested the case be reopened, and today NAB reversed the decision and took the money back again. After weeks of dealing with this, I am absolutely disgusted.

The quality of a company isn't measured by how they act when everything goes right—it's measured by how they treat customers when something goes wrong. In my experience, Koala Living failed that test completely.

After what I've experienced, I personally find it difficult to reconcile my experience with the large number of glowing five-star reviews I see online. Readers should make up their own minds, but I'd encourage them to also read the lower-rated reviews before making a purchasing decision.

**My advice? Shop anywhere else.** Spending thousands of dollars should buy you quality products and customer service—not faulty furniture, endless arguments and financial disputes.

I certainly won't be returning, and I would never recommend this company to friends or family.

I had a great experience at Koala Living Castle Hill. The showroom was beautifully presented with a wide range of stylish, high-quality furniture. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help without being pushy. Overall, it was an enjoyable shopping experience, and I would happily recommend this store to others.

Beautiful showroom with a very lovely sales associate from Tuyen Essendon Koala. She was very helpful and knowledgable of the products. We are very happy with our purchase and can't wait for it to arrive!
