multiple exchanges of emails, Freedom decided to pick up the bed and provide refund but it has been more than four weeks, they are not responding to let us know when and no refund provided. The bed is packed sitting in the bedroom with no response from customer service. We will be going to ACCC if there is no refund. Never going to purchase anything from Freedom! lesson learnt!

Excellent service from store to home delivery. Lily from Freedom Aspley was a pleasure to deal with when selecting our new couch. Cheyden and Patrick from 4K transport were awesome- friendly service and set the couch up exactly how we wanted. Deliver was great. We initially had concerns we would not be able to get our couch up the stairs, and that potentially another couch may not fit through our doorframe as information had not been passed on to the men we had provided. They got both couches through the door and one couch upstairs where it needed to be. The set up was efficient and took away all rubbish with was great. Show reply

No courtesy text or call was received until they rang to say he was outside my door! No hello when I greeted them. They're wording was “ where do you want it” ?? Purchase of tool boy was good but delivery was poor – they brought it inside but then refused to take it upstairs to the bedroom and just left. I had to pay two men $150 to take it upstairs. Show details

Don’t buy from freedom furniture. Expecially the online store. We received our 3k table but it didn’t come with legs. They have horrible customer service and we have emailed multiple times and basically told to stop emailing. It has been weeks now and this still hasn’t been resolved. We have asked for a refund so we can source a table from elsewhere.who knows how long this will take.

The delivery men were excellent. Second time they have delivered to my home and always pleasant, polite and helpful. Very happy with the product we purchased. We assembled it ourselves and was easy to do so. Overall, another very positive experience with Freedom. Show details ·  1

Absolutely love Freedom in Myaree, I’ve bought some absolute gems from the clearance section and just can’t stop shopping there. Just a great store with friendly service. I got a beautiful canvas on sale that was too big to fit in my car and they were so kind to organise a courier and it only cost $23 to deliver it and the courier was so friendly and careful.
