Purchased a couch online on the last day of one of their sales. Couch is advertised cheaper the next day and Nick Scali refuse to reimburse the difference despite being in their 48 hour period where they supposedly will honour any change in price. Escalated to ACCC. Show details

Our new couch from Nick Scali was delivered and after delivery we noticed one of the headrests on our recliners was not sitting properly. I called customer service and was given a call out date and time. Ashley was on time and very polite… he assessed our couch and promptly made the adjustments required. Very happy with the outcome! We had an issue with two recliners that were out of warranty from Nick Scali. Nick Scali did agree to repair the recliners and I was only required to pay for the actual mechanisms that were quite cheap. Once this was agreed they were quite quick and organised Frank the technician to come out and fix them Frank was excellent. Frank arrived on time and did a fantastic job and I couldn’t recommend him more. Show reply

He walked through to the lounge room, assessed the problem. Discussed what the situation was and reassured me that Nick Scali will get back to me in a few days. I had an issue with my lounge. The installers did not do a proper job when installing them. George was the technician who was sent to fix those issues. He was prompt, friendly, and very competent. Nick scali do not take responsibility for their faulty products. I bought a leather lounge suite and had an issue with one chair in the head area after only one year. They have refused to fix it and we had even bought an extra warranty. Would never recommend or purchase from them again. Show details

 Follow-up  · Since my review I was contacted by Nick scali and they said they would repair the faulty chair. The leather had kinda rubbed off in a few layers where the head rest is. They said I would be contacted by the repair person and organize transport but that has never happened so it looks like I’m going to have to follow them up.

We order beige color fabric couches and after 14 weeks we got a delivery in grey color. When we rang the store (south wharf) the store manager "[Name Removed]" was so bloody rude to US and talked to US in a very unprofessionally and disgusting language. Her words were " you guys signed for this and you got this and now I can't do anything… Read more

...That's it" when I said we gonna come to the store and talk to you then she said, "No you can not come to even my store for this". This was totally unacceptable fos US and not even looks good for the reputation of the big company like nick scali. Now we after totally refund for our order. Sent an email to the actual head office and waiting for their response.

We informed customer care about the springs in the couch cause severe hip and back problems which cost a small fortune in treatment. Nick scali refused to acknowledge the spri g design of the couch to be at fault yet the first night we had a different couch we had no pain and pure comfort. Stay away from nick scali and plush.

Lost me as a customer. $300 Accidental insurance for stains is scam insurance in my opinion. Tried to make a claim for a coffee stain, they wasted a lot of my time asking questions, photos and eventually denied the claim as I hadn't notified them in 5 days. I bought 2 lounges in the last 2 years and bought the accidental insurance twice being… Read more

upsold by the in store salesperson. At both points of sale, the 5 day notification window was not explained to me or my wife. The sales people mislead you saying you can make a claim at any stage and then the claims team waste your time. Very disappointed and expected better.
