All Australian Shutters

Amazing from beginning to end. Gabby came, measured up and explained the process, showed the samples and told us that the shutters were Australian made. It was the 13th April when she came. Paid the deposit and she said installation 13th May. And it was. Everything went smoothly and the end result is absolutely fabulous. Had originally spoken to another company but it was chaos. Thank you All Australian Shutters. Top product, top service and you do exactly what you say you will.

We had ten internal shutters installed. Right from the start the company was totally professional measuring up and preparing the best price quote possible. They beat five other companies quotes, some by several thousand dollars. Installation was fast and perfectly carried out. Customer service through Gabby and her customer service team was first class. We just could not fault this company from start to finish.

I highly recommend All Australian Shutters. I have had my entire house, granny flat and salon fitted. The process from start to finish has been extremely easy and each person from the sales consultant to the guys that installed have been professional.

A licensed builder/inspector found 10 defects with my bifold Infinity Shutter door installation by AASPL and K & B Security which they have refused to correct. The law and demolition are the only solutions.
1. The bottom and top tracks are not aligned and have resulted in the doors being 12-15mm out of plumb. They should be removed and replaced with new tracks.
2. The doors are pivoted 165mm from the end of the doors, providing a gap of 165mm between the stacked doors and wall.
3. The bottom pivot point is not adequately secured.

At my on site measure up Gaby accommodated me after hours in her busy schedule with no fuss. My job was large totalling 16 shutters and two of those 16 covering a sliding door plus a large window in my stairwell. I recently ordered several custom made venetian blinds from All Australian Shutters. The service and price were excellent and the turnaround was only about 10 days from measure to installation. I’m so impressed with the fit and quality of the blinds, that I’m now ordering again for additional windows. Would definitely recommend!

Installed shutters with the bar at different heights. So left with one window missing. The other shutters with large gaps and holes drilled in filled with stoppers. In 20 years of having different companies this is without doubt the worst. They said they would remove all but have gone back on their word. Left with going to court now.

I recently moved to Hope Island and decided that my new house needed its plantation shutters upgraded. I got three quotes from companies around the Gold Coast area and I was blown away by All Australian Stutters.
