Buyer Beware – A licensed builder/inspector found 10 defects with my bifold Infinity Shutter door installation by AASPL and K & B Security which they have refused to correct. The law and demolition are the only solutions. 1. The bottom and top tracks are not aligned and have resulted in the doors being 12-15mm out of plumb. They should be removed and replaced… Read more

with new tracks. 2. The doors are pivoted 165mm from the end of the doors, providing a gap of 165mm between the stacked doors and wall. 3. The bottom pivot point is not adequately secured. 4. The bottom track has been installed in the wrong position. 5. The 5-8mm variation in level in the middle of the bottom track has not been allowed for when re-fitting the bottom track. 6. Various faults with the top track: • there are excessive mixed screws, randomly placed. • The short packing pieces above the track should be replaced with longer pieces. • The join in the top track is misaligned. • The fascia panels on the top are not secured. • There are no keeper plates for the three slide bolts so the bolts push against the fascia. 7. One of the guide pins always pops out when doors extended, so the doors have to be lifted and repositioned. 8. The doors bind on the bottom track. 9. The doors are the incorrect height. 10. Some doors are not square. 11. One (identified) defective wand. All prospective purchasers should check licensing, documentation and financial credentials before progressing.

Gaby gave me a 3 week date for my shutter install and to my delight they were delivered and installed exactly as promised. Gaby communicated with me along the way and even came back one week after the initial measure to add an additional 4 windows to my existing order. On the day of install Scott arrived as scheduled and went about methodically installing my shutters. The finished product feels fresh and creates a very modern enhancement to my home. Gabriel was fantastic, so friendly – Right from the start Ganriel was knowledgeable, knew her stuff and went through everything in great detail about different products, unlike other companies trying to push the product they prefer, price was very good compaired to others, we have just ordered our full house to be done and will update on the rest of the service, plantatiation shutters and roller blinds are a great quality product  Show 3 replies

Top quality product and service! – I recently ordered several custom made venetian blinds from All Australian Shutters. The service and price were excellent and the turnaround was only about 10 days from measure to installation. I’m so impressed with the fit and quality of the blinds, that I’m now ordering again for additional windows. Would definitely recommend!  Show reply

Avoid at all costs, poor quality and not Australian but chinese – Installed shutters with the bar at different heights. So left with one window missing. The other shutters with large gaps and holes drilled in filled with stoppers. In 20 years of having different companies this is without doubt the worst. They said they would remove all but have gone back on their word. Left with going to court now.
