approach and real desire to understand and rectify your pest control issues from the start and until the job is done. All Pest Solutions do 100% the first time then they come back and do more, and before they say bye the team mention "if we can help with anything else we will, just let us know!"
I asked if I can do a review for Nathan, Kizzy and Will at All Pest Solutions. I even asked to help letterbox drop their details around my area of Brisbane, because I know it requires pest controls by professionals like All Pest Solutions, as I have tried so many who I wouldn't recommend. They were brilliant from the first phone call through to the return visit. Returning so to check in, look over the house again and dust (pesticide spray) after the initial baiting and inspection of the house.
They reacted to my call for assistance instantly and baited that day to start the removal of pests that bring about very bad parasitic mites, an extremely debilitating bug living in the house with. Once initially on site they spent time understanding the issues and inspected areas that may need further attention, then once the inspection and baiting was done Nathan (senior tech and owner) attended days later to further approach any necessary pest control requirements. Brilliant!
I have tried and spoken with a scary amount of mediocre pest control operators in Brisbane, Blue Chip (appallingly bad), Tom's, Blast, The Possum Man, and many more, so to get direction and the required on site help. They failed to inspect for areas of animal access, can't or don't want to bait, don't have a clue and spray the wrong areas, cancel at the last minute, and try to explain that you require much more expensive work before booking the first on site visit. They have all failed to clearly detail through what and how to limit ongoing pest control issues, and they do the very minimum so you are never at a point where you are able to live without blood sucking bites, while always financially on the hook.
It's clear Nathan's extensive knowledge of housing and building design allows him the ability to know how pests can access and cause you immeasurable suffering. Unlike a basic pest controller, Nathan brings unmatched knowledge with trade skills and resources to address every aspect required to ensure pests stay out.

Fantastic Service and really pleasant staff create bookings. Next morning after phone call solutions were in place. Cindy All Pest Solutions here was not only a wealth of knowledge but accurately carried out all necessary tasks. Cindy gave me lots of tips on how to go forward with reducing pest issues. Treated as a cash cow and intimidated to purchase an outrageiously expensive treatment with yearly follow up that I didn't need. No active termites found. I don't know what they were like before Flick bought them out but avoid at all cost. They are only after your money. I had 2 separate local pest control companies come out who didn't scare monger me and provided expert treatment at a fraction of the cost.
Recently moved into property, explained issues with pests esp. cockroaches, spiders and worried about the fact water had been sitting next to the house...had a treatment done and guess what house is infected with cockroaches, spiders etc...what a waste of money....I doubt many areas were treated as we came back well before he was due to finish and… Read more
he was gone..i HAVE KILLED MORE ROACHES AND SPIDERS WITH FLY SPRAY THAN THE "TREATMENT" AFFORDED. I will arrange a reputable company shortly when I can again afford to.
NEVER USE ALL PEST SOLUTIONS – All Pest Solutions is the worst company I have ever dealt with. There pest control DOES NOT WORK. They are rude, aggressive and intimidating when you confront them about it. I do not recommend this company in any region. All my family members have stopped using them also. Save yourself the time and money use another company.
Best Company – Rowan was here today checking stations again he found termites he so good explaning what happens and makes u at ease fixing the problem he is a Great assest to your company and any one thinking if getting termite inspection or pest control this company is the best i had 4 other companies over 25 years this company by far the best Oh and office ladys also wonderful Thanks John Reichel

Ripped Off – Got a reticulation system installed for termite control. All Pest Solutions from Lismore did not put any of the Termicide in the channel running along my garage wall, they just "fake drilled" some holes to make it look like they did. confronted them about it. They are not trustworthy, I had to pay another pest control guy (who was very trustworthy) to fix it up.
