Ripped off – Took my car from accident scene while I was unconcious didn't bother to tell anyone where it was going. When finally found tried to convince my mother to sell it to them as they had a buyer already lined up. Did extra damage to car with their forklift and when I got car back tools and property missing from car. They are disgusting human beings with full pockets

Worst customer Service and ripoff the customer – My car was stolen and take away by police to All Car towing Dandenong for finger print. I called the All car Towing and they told me that you can pick up your car till tomorrow without any charge but after that you have to pay $25 per day. morning or any thing just rude to me mean worst customer service .... Then they ask me to pay the rent for one day which doesn’t even make sense to me when they told me that you don’t need to pay anything if you pick by next day .....it wa the owner of the business who deal with me regarding the money and charged me $25 which is not a big amount but it still ripofff when they telling you on the phone that no charg So they rude , owner is worst rude towards me and they chage me money by saying that no charge for you So please carefull from this company otherwise you will be get ripped off like me
