Prompt polite efficient service from Sam. It was a big relief that he could come to my house to check my tyres when cold. Only downside was the charge $160 because it was a call-out. And he charged me for re-setting the car’s screen which I could have done myself - however I didn’t know that then. Great service, just more expensive than I’d expected

Nav arrived at my house on Saturday 16th may to repair my punctured tyre. He turned up within the hour which was impressive. He did a thorough job and has a great friendly personality. Fantastic service from Nav , highly recommend him and will use his services again

Horrible tyre service. Tyre choosen by Freddy franchise "professional" experience. Tyre is not well fit with bad quality and bad staff service. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Jim's advertises 24/7 roadside assistance. I made a call at 6pm on a friday night, got a response from a service man over 60hrs later at 9am the following monday. Useless service and false advertising. Typical of the Jim's business model.

I did consider Jim's mobile tires but they quoted $120 for a puncture repair and a $90 fee if it couldn't be repaired. Bob Janes quoted $55. In the end my tire couldn't be repaired so I'm glad I went to Bob Jane instead as they were able to replace the tire on the spot without charging me for the puncture repair. Show details
The worst service I ever experienced.Try to cancel the service since they told me going to be 2 hours away. Call them back 15 minutes from initial call to cancel it , they said can’t cancel. Have to pay for cancellation fee.

So convenient and competitive with pricing for new tyres. I didn't have to leave home or hang out in a reception area while my tyres got changed. I felt a small vibration at high speed the next day and got in touch. They were back that afternoon and rebalanced my tyres and replaced the balancing weight that came off my wheel, probably from a pot hole. I've already recommended Chad to my neighbour. Show reply
I called Jim’s Mobile Tyres Wyong on a Saturday morning after realising I’d got a screw in my tyre on the M1. Mark came within a few hours and replaced my tyre. He went above and beyond, giving me advice on my other tyres, providing info on when roughly I’ll need to replace them. He also pumped up the tyres on my Dads car as he saw they were low.
