Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Jim's advertises 24/7 roadside assistance. I made a call at 6pm on a friday night, got a response from a service man over 60hrs later at 9am the following monday. Useless service and false advertising. Typical of the Jim's business model.

40 mins after confirming my booking appointment to have my front tyre replaced, I cancelled as I found someone offering better value at a more competitive price. I phoned Alex and he was ever so professional and polite even though he had just gone and picked up the specific tire required for my vehicle. I Recently had 2 front tyres ( Suzuki Swift) replaced by Shane. I have given a 5 star review because like my last experience with Jim's I received excellent customer service, fair pricing and fast installation. I did consider Jim's mobile tires but they quoted $120 for a puncture repair and a $90 fee if it couldn't be repaired. Bob Janes quoted $55. In the end my tire couldn't be repaired so I'm glad I went to Bob Jane instead as they were able to replace the tire on the spot without charging me for the puncture repair. Show details
The worst service I ever experienced.Try to cancel the service since they told me going to be 2 hours away. Call them back 15 minutes from initial call to cancel it , they said can’t cancel. Have to pay for cancellation fee.
CHEAP [Content Removed] TYRES - DEFECTIVE FITTING - JUST USE REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE [Brand Removed] OR [Brand Removed] ETC – Needed a flat tyre fixed, didn't have a spare so called Jims Mobile Tyres , the guy that has the Liverpool area franchise turns up said the tyre cant be fixed so agreed to install a (supposed) new tyre. complaint with head office and he calls me back within 10 minutes. Told him tyre was flat said i must have run over a nail , immediately blamed everything else. Asked him if he could come and have a look and he said " you will have to pay another $150 call our fee" he really couldn't care less - No after sale care. Told him not to bother called a tow truck had it towed to [Brand Removed] tyres Liverpool who explained to me that there is a minor crack in the rim so they have applied a sealant so that the tyre would remain inflated but he said it would likely lose air over 4-5 days and that I could drive it safely , keep an eye on the air pressure and find a spare rim. Great advice , expert solution. Been driving it for 3 weeks since topping up air pressure every few days until my rim arrives. So at the end of the day the mobile guy that came didn't have the skills, experience or equipment to do this job properly , the supplied tyre is inferior could have got one of the top brands for $20 more . Cant recommend, would never use again

My tire split and became partially separated from the wheel. After investigating having the car towed, called Jim's and asked if they would be able to do an emergency tire replacement. Freddy's communication was great so I knew when he would arrive. On arrival he was quick to assess the situation and begin work. We were lucky that there was no damage to the wheel itself, and he was able to get the severely damaged tire removed and replaced in a short space of time.
