Lost Packages Wont Refund – I've been a loyal customer and used ADC for years, always received my goods albeit usually late. Recently made a big purchase, package got lost, apparently they reshipped and still didn't arrive, and I've contacted them for a refund. Many emails later after they promised a refund and i still haven't received. Poor form!

Scammers!! – Scammers. My delivery never came and they said they cannot do anything about it. They offered a refund that never came to my bank account despite dozens of emails. Their phone number never works and when it does they say they will reply to email within 24 hours but they never do. Thieves !!

Very bad customer service – Ordered many times over the years. Had no problems until recently. Ordered medication and paid over a month ago. Contacted customer support multiple times. Finally agreed to issue a refund. No refund has been received. They never answer their call backs and their online form does not work.
