pharmacy myself, so I thought I would just stay home and get it delivered.

I was completely out of this medication and driving hurts my arms so I didn't blink at the increased cost of it. I was paying for the service mostly, right? I have used Chemist2U one time previously with no issues, so I was not expecting any this time. I had a brand new eScript from my doctor with 2 supplies on it.

I submitted the order, and as expected a while later I got a new eScript token with 1 supply. Perfect. Then. I get a message from Chemist2U they are cancelling my order and delivery because my script has already been dispensed. A refund is being processed.

Trying to get hold of customer service is an actual nightmare. I was kicked out of 2 chat attempts on my mobile while in the line for a human, the only other option was email and there is no phone contact. I desperately needed to speak to someone, email was not an option so I logged in on my computer.

My medication is tightly controlled and regulated, not to mention my doctor monitors use quite responsibly. I was quite concerned that this dispensed medication had been pocketed by some unknown person and I would be trying to explain to EVERYONE that although it LOOKS like I just got 20, I actually didn't get them, and trust me bro, you know? That's quite anxiety provoking.

I called one of the two pharmacies I use regularly, just for advice on what to do in this situation, and they confirmed that yes, I had 1 supply on the new token I received after submitting the delivery order, and had been dispensed a supply today, but thankfully they were able to tell me where it had been dispensed from. You would not believe it; it was my other regular pharmacy near my work where I get scripts filled regularly.

I called the second pharmacy and spoke to their pharmacist who was just as confused. She had dispensed my medication and was waiting for Chemist2U to come and collect it for delivery. I am so lucky and grateful I already have a history and consumer relationship with the pharmacy that dispensed it.

I got dressed, drove into the city, paid for CBD parking, walked to the chemist and collected the medication paying Chemist2U pricing (which is $9 more than I would normally pay for this particular one more than double) I didn't mind that when I was paying for the service but I was really annoyed at paying it in these circumstances.

But, when I got home from all that, I finally had a response on the chat 2 mins before I sat back down at the computer to check. An hour from the time I logged into my 3rd chat attempt and had already sorted the whole thing myself.

To be fair, the customer service representative was really professional, empathetic, and helpful. Her name was [Name Removed] and if the company reads this, she is an actual credit to you.

She stated the pharmacy had advised Chemist2U the order had been dispensed somewhere else and they couldn't do it, and that's why the order was cancelled by then and refunded, but I don't believe that's true because they did dispense it and were waiting for the pickup to deliver it to me.

It just wasn't enough because I had already solved the main problem myself, and I knew a refund was being processed automatically when they cancelled my order. There was really nothing to resolve at that point and no help I needed.

I do believe the situation would have been resolved eventually by Chemist2U, had I not been able to and had the means to resolve it for myself, but I certainly wouldn't have had my pain medication tonight, and probably at least most of tomorrow being Saturday? If I even got it before Monday?

I can't post the screenshots, screen recordings and transcript of the chat I have without disclosing personal information. But I do have them.

In full transparency I advised the company I would be leaving appalling reviews everywhere I could for consumer awareness, I would really hope that some kind of process review is undertaken of the way tightly regulated medication is managed or customer support is prioritised.

This was a horribly stressful situation for me when I have been pretty unwell all week and had to rush into the city, sick, in peak hour, pay for parking and pay more than double to resolve the situation before I even had a response from customer support.

Recently I tried to buy some and all the ones I found were just having 324g Aspirin as ingredient and most of the advertised products online claimed the product is for headache, body aches and pains. Not what I am after. Then while searching, I found the Mail Order Pharmacy site, where their advertised product says: "For fast and effective relief of headache with upset stomach, particularly due to too much to eat or drink.Also recommended for body aches and pain and neuralgia.For simple sore throat use as a gargle …" The category this product is classfied under is: "Category: Ant Acids & Heart Burn". What I received is the Alka-Seltzer "Aspirin" version, not what should be for antacid and heart-burn as found on Amazon: "Alka-Seltzer Heartburn Relief Extra Strength Effervescent Tablets, 4-in-1 Relief from Heartburn, Sour Stomach, Acid Indigestion, and Upset Stomach, Dissolvable Antacid, 24 ct"... I called the "Mail Order Pharmacy" and had to argue with two people there trying to ask me to pay for the return of this product. Finally the last person on the phone agreed to send me a free return envelope. I asked that they correct their web page advertisement and the person hung up the phone on me. Not professional and definitely cheaters. I am an unhappy customer and the two persons on the phone where not apologetic and were not even attempting to offer a satisfactory solution until I held my ground telling them their advertisement is misleading, forcing them to visit the web page of the product I purchased and see that it is wrong. They did not even aknowledged the page is wrong. They just agreed to send me a paid return envelope! No sorry, no thank you for letting them know there is an issue. How can such company still be in business? Be absolutely sure to order the exact product from these people. Their site does not provide the detailed ingredients contained in their products. I would have never order this if they had listed "Aspirin" as only ingredient! Very cheeeky and not trust worthy!

customers time is valuable and yet this is the last thing they know. Yes scripts are slightly cheaper but so is the service, and while waiting customers then are more inclined to purchase other items. An obvious strategy.
