product. I honestly cannot understand how a pharmacy could make such a basic and unacceptable error.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I called to report that I had received the wrong item, and the lady on the phone seemed completely disengaged. Even after I clearly explained that I had ordered 1ml but received 0.3ml, it took her quite a while to understand the issue.

To make things even more frustrating, she then told me she would need to contact the Online Order Team. The problem is that I had already selected Option 4, which is supposed to connect callers directly to the Online Order Team. So who exactly was I speaking to? It left me questioning how this company is even organized.

I had previously bought a blood pressure monitor from this company, and that experience was good, which is why I decided to order from them again. Unfortunately, this purchase has completely changed my opinion.

A pharmacy should be able to accurately fulfill orders. Sending the wrong syringe capacity shows a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control. Mistakes like this are simply inexcusable when customers depend on receiving the exact medical products they ordered.

This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this business. I will never buy anything from them again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. If they can’t get something this basic right, I wouldn’t trust them with any future orders.

protein, yeap 11.5g in 100! So a scoop of 30g would give you 25g suger and look at this only 4g protein. O boy normally sugar content is 1-3g per a scoop. How they do it ? Total scam. Recently I tried to buy some and all the ones I found were just having 324g Aspirin as ingredient and most of the advertised products online claimed the product is for headache, body aches and pains. Not what I am after. Then while searching, I found the Mail Order Pharmacy site, where their advertised product says: "For fast and effective relief of headache with upset stomach, particularly due to too much to eat or drink.Also recommended for body aches and pain and neuralgia.For simple sore throat use as a gargle …" The category this product is classfied under is: "Category: Ant Acids & Heart Burn". What I received is the Alka-Seltzer "Aspirin" version, not what should be for antacid and heart-burn as found on Amazon: "Alka-Seltzer Heartburn Relief Extra Strength Effervescent Tablets, 4-in-1 Relief from Heartburn, Sour Stomach, Acid Indigestion, and Upset Stomach, Dissolvable Antacid, 24 ct"... I called the "Mail Order Pharmacy" and had to argue with two people there trying to ask me to pay for the return of this product. Finally the last person on the phone agreed to send me a free return envelope. I asked that they correct their web page advertisement and the person hung up the phone on me. Not professional and definitely cheaters. I am an unhappy customer and the two persons on the phone where not apologetic and were not even attempting to offer a satisfactory solution until I held my ground telling them their advertisement is misleading, forcing them to visit the web page of the product I purchased and see that it is wrong. They did not even aknowledged the page is wrong. They just agreed to send me a paid return envelope! No sorry, no thank you for letting them know there is an issue. How can such company still be in business? Be absolutely sure to order the exact product from these people. Their site does not provide the detailed ingredients contained in their products. person I spoke to has zero customer service skills. All he says is “I raised a ticket with AP. Yet they still expect me to chase Australia Post. After getting AP to look into it they advised the package was lost and also advised Discount Chemist hadn’t raised a ticket. Therefore they lied. I requested for a replacement product and instead of listening to my request they went and issued a refund without even speaking to me. When asked why he made up a story that he issued the refund before reading my email. Another lie. No one rings you back. He claims all managers are in meetings. Yet they never ring back. More lies. Chempro to find out what was going on, it took them many days to get back to me, to only be told that a product was out of stock. Despite it being advertised online as available, still. I received no notification & nor could they even be bothered to apologise. After another week of waiting I asked for a cancellation & a full refund, but a few days later they sneakily sent the package out anyway. Poor customer service, no updates, misleading stock information & underhanded tactics. They blatantly falsely advertise stock availability. I've filed a complaint with the ACCC & recommend contacting them, & your bank for a refund. I used to shop with their sister company Pharmacy Direct - I won't be back. Save yourself the stress, time & money.. buy from anywhere else!
