refund slip once the products arrived to me. They want to make me pay for return shipping from Australia to the US which is about $100 because they sent so much extra unordered product. I asked for them to pay for return shipping which was refused. Refund slip was for only one of the multiple accidental products they charged my card for without authorisation. Very poor customer service that preys on people. Next step will be to file with my credit card company, but really I shouldn’t have to and to be charged over $800 is insane! Upon reading reviews here it seems this is common practise for this company sadly.

The vital reds and b12 helped me with energy with mg – I have been taking them for over 8 years when i miss for a few days once in a while wen on a trip my energy drops.I can really feel the difference.They found I have MG 2 years ago and I was so weak I was not taking anything but there meds then I got back on the vital reds and b12 my energy level is almost 75% as it was before the mg. charged the same amount you purchased every month weather you require the pills or not. If this were happening in Australia I'm sure consumer affairs would look closely at there selling techniques.

Unable to contact any support by any means – Charged me 60% more for upgrading the order than if I bought in 2 separate deliveries. Tried to contact them, can’t call the number from Australia, the email bounced back noting the inbox is full, the live chat on their site does not work? So there is no way of contacting this company for support.

Excellent – Since I have taken a tablespoon of the Olive Oil every day for the last 20 days I feel more alive each morning. I feel younger in my body. My skin is smoother and joints are lose and flexible. Another positive side effect is I have lost 10 lbs.
