AllFast Torque Converters

I can't believe they have a genuine 4.8 rating. They welded a drive ring/ support ring on a converter for me and as you can see from the attached picture it is off center and when fitted obviously made the engine shake like hell, ( bit of surface rust now as has been sitting in shed for a while) their response, initially denied doing the job, then said my engine must be stuffed, when I finally convinced them it wasn't, they rebalanced it and said that would fix it, yeah right, refitted it against my better judgement, exactly the same result. Their response - all Ford Rangers are crap, sell it and buy something else. Apparently welding it off center is within their tolerance range. Had it looked at by 2 different mechanics, told me what was wrong with it as soon as they looked at it without me telling them the issue. Plus don't talk down to your customers like we don't know anything. This has cost days of labor and hundreds of dollars in fluid, put an older second hand converter in, instantly running smooth again. Simply shameful sevice. Get work done here at your own perial.
