raised escalating the matter to the ACCC, at which point they dismissed the issue as "wear and tear" and refused to honour what is clearly a manufacturing defect. Poor accountability and unacceptable after-sales service.

Friendly, helpful staff – We went to buy my partner new boots, and he's fussy and hard to fit due to an old ankle injury. The staff there are so patient and helpful, noting was too hard. We ended up with the perfect boots, and then bought some Levis which were 30% off, and I scored some shoes to which were 30% off. Will definitely be back. Show details

Lady manager was rude and lacked sales skills – I walked in to purchase a pair of boots Steel Blue enforcer soft cap. I new what I wanted before entering the store. receptive. I tried on my size and they fitted perfectly. I told him I would buy them but not at $239 and could he ask the manager finalise a price. He dumped the boots at the register and took off nowhere to be seen. The girl asked if the boots were for me. I said I am waiting on a better price. She sighed, and asked the manager to come over acting very inconvenienced. The elderly woman then walked over with a very pissed off look on her face and snapped at me( no smile). It came across like how dare I ask. I was ready to walk then. By the way this was Boxing day sales. With a sarcastic smile she offered $10 off and then dismissed me. I hate to think how much money Allington has lost while she has managed. These boots are cheaper everywhere in Adelaide. I will never set foot in that place again and will be very open about how you get treated to my fellow emergency workers. I would hate to goback to that store with a warranty problem. Her staff are poorly trained in customer service because she is meant to be the bench mark. I know why the young man ran off to hide.

Great Company to deal with... small issue with a big name product! – Great company with a huge range and their online system simply works!! almost perfect but bought a Wrangler Belt.... too small to size.... Fake stock amounts on website – Purchased boots that were “in stock” on their website but after payment, I get an email saying that they have no stock and could be 4 weeks. Ask for a refund and they make it difficult. I wouldn’t buy from them again as they are all about getting your money and not delivering on their word.

Excellent service! – Excellent service. I purchased two items at a great price, but must have underestimated the weight I'd put on during lockdown and they were too small. The return was easy, and even though the new items were out of stock by that time, they immediately called me, put them on backorder, and sent them out free of charge when they arrived.
