don’t want to honour warranty issues and have thugs working for them THREATENING to come to my house with violent and aggressive intentions. I have the emails to prove it. I had the right to be upset and angry about my house being left insecure for 2 days in a row, with a roller door they installed. I have had nothing but issues since. They were too busy sending non stop emails making excuses, being belligerent, argumentative and threatened to sue me for leaving negative reviews and was “threatened” by “[Name Removed]” one of his thugs, to come to my house!

I had told them I will get it fixed elsewhere,as I did not want those thugs coming to my house and to stop emailing me. They are still emailing, threatening me and being belligerent and argumentative. They are very unprofessional and unethical and have absolutely no integrity. Avoid at all costs. The reviews speak for themselves! This garage roller door is so poorly made and installed by this dodgy business that I am having it completely replaced and cutting my losses. I will GIVE IT AWAY, as it’s not worth charging someone for it. A $1650 loss, but a learning experience. I will give it to someone for FREE because some of us have a conscience. If you don’t like bad reviews [Name Removed], then don’t rip people off... Very simple. People like you need to be named and shamed. I’m sure the business you took over running since the 1920’s was no doubt a good business, because in those days, they were honest and had integrity. Sadly, THESE DAYS, people like YOU don’t have that integrity and are too busy being dishonest, providing cheap, nasty, inferior products, poor customer service and lack the integrity of old school days. The previous business owners of the past would be ashamed of what you have done to their business and reputation!

told we would have to pay a call out fee again and for parts. Parts yes not a problem but call out fee no way especially when we were told initially no call out fee again. The manger [Name Removed] was very arrogant and insisted that we pay the call out fee again or they would not fix the problem. An absolute tool of a guy. Very bad customer service. I’m a hairdresser and work with customers all day. The type of service we have received from this company is disgraceful. Well all I can say is word of mouth is a wench and I see and talk to a lot of people. I will be sharing my experience with your company in a very negative way!!!

We paid our deposit on the supplied quote in March and upon notification, 2 weeks after, that they had received the funds, we were told they would be in touch as soon as they have an update (assuming the 7 week delivery time).

After not hearing anything for 10 weeks I contacted Allstyle we made contact only to be told our order had been missed and we would need to wait another 2 weeks as this is when the panel was due.

After finally booking in a date in July for the panel to be installed, the installer arrived to find the panel had been measured incorrectly and would need to be taken back to their work shop to be cut.

We were finally able to book in an installation date in July, after the panel had been cut, which was then delayed (COVID lock down, understandable) by a further two weeks.

Early August the installer arrived, again, to install the replacement panel that was a completely different colour. After being told this was due to sun damaged, the inside of the panel was also a completely different, which the installer agreed with. B&D and Allstyle agreed to replace the entire door.

So after another lengthy wait, we had to make contact with Allstyle again in November to finally book in a date to install the replacement panels.

Mid December our panel lift door is now fixed. Wrong dates on the replacement invoice, but paid nevertheless.

Again, Bob and installers were all fantastic and did a great job.

We were let down by processes and a lack of customer service.

Extremely slow and lack of effort – Installation still hasn’t occurred and will take place 2 months from placing the order. Very poor service. Misleading when they tell you average wait time is 5 weeks. I’ve done majority of the chasing up too. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great service by all – Great service from my initial email to the actual service itself. Rochelle at reception and Sarah in scheduling, in difficult times due to a sudden Covid lockdown were very polite, friendly and kept me informed at all times. David and Dylan did a great job, explaining what the issue was and how they were going to rectify it. I am a very satisfied customer and am very happy to recommend the company for their excellent service.

Fantastic service – We had a problem with our garage door not wanting to open for us. We had the service guys out a couple of times but it was stubborn and kept giving us grief. sort it. I would highly recommend this company for helpfulness and really great to discuss your issues with. I know they are extremely busy at the moment but they still managed to fix our problem on the same day, hats off to them.

TOTALLY DISGRACEFUL – It's been 18 months and still the door has not been installed as quoted. I even paid more to have it done to my specifications. They have been here on at least 4-5 visits with endless promises to rectify the issues. All communication has proven to been failed promises. Some parts have not been installed correctly, the auto locking mechanism has not worked since day 1 and has not been replaced. Would I recommend this company ? What do you think ! Show details

Total disaster!!! – Too much excuses and too many mistakes for a simple panellist door which took all up 3 months to be finished, I felt robbed!!!!!! Never again with them I’d rather not to have a roller door anymore

B & D Panel Lift Door Installation Disaster – Had a panel lift door installed by these monkeys . Took over 2 months to get it fitted. Installer was less than qualified & butchered the installation. Door grinds & clunks with loose bolts & bent tracks. They came to rectify but bent the rails worse. Door is worse off after second visit. Staff assured me the installer was qualified after a couple of months. Installation shows otherwise. Call anyone but All Style Garage Doors

Terrible Service – It took over 8 months to install two bnd panel lift doors to a pre-existing carport. The whole process was plagued with delays, mistakes and excuses.
