Alfa plumbing came to clear a sewage line to a septic tank. The operater told me his pressure line was in my septic tank. there was no customer service. I had another plumbing come and look and they said the job wsdnt complete and cleared the line. I will sue for my $450 refund. I would not use Alfa plumbing

top of the class – l would give them an A plus in service,reliability,follow up and punctuality and skills.totally recommend them in preference to anyone else in the cairns area.the best part was,the plumber who came, was a very talented,skillful and charming young woman.

They love trying to rip off female customer's – Plumber looked at a leaking tap, decided right away that a new $400 tap must be installed. Rejected the offer. Left within 5 minutes & demanded $99 callout fee. Typical tradie

Messed around constantly – Alpha Plumbing and Gas (aka Dollar Wise) came out to look at a plumbing job. Very punctual and obliging to start off with. Booked them in over 2 months before getting my kitchen ripped out. They didn't come the day they said they would, came they same day my kitchen was getting ripped out. because of Alpha. Never once did they contact me to tell me they weren't coming or running late. I always had to ring. I took an hour and a half off work to meet them at mine but they never showed up. Again, I had to ring.
