i made an order on the 18 December 24. I have not received my item. I have not had one reply from my many emails asking where my item is, for some form of tracking and eventually for a refund. Their are no contact numbers to ring them. Only an email which they clearly ignore. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE A SCAM.
Fake products - beware! – Sent me fake K18!! Paid a fortune for it too and they won’t answer my emails for a refund. NOT HAPPY!!!
The will steal your money – This site is a scam. I ordered products in November it is now New Year’s Eve and I have still not received over $200 worth of products. They are not replying to my emails and no tracking information has been received. Please do not waste your money.

Scam k 18 – Fake product. Purchased the K18 hair mask and it’s arrived in a beaten up box from china. It’s just a body moisturiser in a bottle. Waste of $95

cancellation would be done within 24 hours. Again, this did not happen as promised and I contacted the mobile again after I had lodged a complaint with the payment platform and requested he respond to their email. I was told that the cancellation would be made in “a couple of hours” when back at the office. Being 2024 I’m pretty sure our phones are our office and a simple cancellation to Afterpay can be completely via the app. THIS SELLER/COMPANY IS EXTREMELY DISHONEST and as counterfeit as their product. Absolute waste of time and my bank will be notified to stop any fraudulent transactions to this company. STEER CLEAR OF ALUMIS WELLNESS!!!

BUYER BEWARE – Counterfeit product. Do not buy the K18 from this company - Alumis claims to ship the ‘genuine product’ direct from Australia, however, the product received is sent direct from China and has major defects in comparison to genuine K18 such as grammatical errors, air hole on bottle in the middle and not rim, lot number mimics counterfeit video… Read more
numbers, lack of product emulsification (most important for K18!) and the counterfeit smells distinctively of sunscreen. Check K18’s counterfeit video! Once received I emailed immediately requesting a return and 8 minutes later an email signed off as Alumis from ‘moneytreewellnessmain’ replied asking why I believe it to be counterfeit and not a word since. Due to the lack of response from Alumis, I have since lodged a transaction dispute with my bank and successful in obtaining a full refund thankfully. I have also since bought Genuine K18 through an approved stockist (K18 Australia) and the differences I can now see posing the bottles together + boxes is a complete standout. I have attached photos of the genuine product (LEFT PRODUCT BLUE DRAWN MARK is genuine) next to the ‘K18’ product from Alumis. BUYER BEWARE!
FAKE K18 – Fraudulent product. The K18 they ship from China is not real. The packaging is different and the product is moisturiser at best. The company, when contacted, replies from a gmail to state their product is real, but doesn’t ask for proof to see if the item received was in fact fake. D O D G E Y AF. If you’ve been scammed by them, too, let the police and ACCC know. Help get their website removed.
Terrible – Unauthorised seller of K18 Hair! I couldn’t find any reviews initially and trusted this Australian Website but it’s just a diversion to sell cheap products. cheap the 150ml mask was ($89AUD) but I trusted the website with its fake reviews and no one YET having written a review on here.
As soon as it arrived in packaging from an unknown area in China I knew it would have been counterfeit, stolen or tampered with.
I immediately asked for a return label for refund which took 3 weeks for any response. And it was a generic “Can we please have photos for reference” no, proper customer service response which just lead me to believe it’s just someone with an ecom website selling cheap items. I thankfully paid through PayPal which I had gotten them involved to get a refund which I received with no correspondence regarding my complaint.
I would just avoid if you’re looking at purchasing beauty products.
