Quality of product
Online storePurchased Redken colour extend Graydance shampoo and conditioner 1 Lt bottles. Product is not same as genuine same products purchased at Hairhouse. There is no pigmentation left on hair and the actual colour of conditioner is very different. Gives very little if any desired effect. Inferior product.

I have white hair and apart from struggling to keep the yellow from taking over I have now developed an even worse orange color that looks as though I’ve dipped it in make up, yikes!! Any suggestions on how to get rid of it, preferably permanently?! TIA
