24 hours after my email requesting the order cancellation and I have yet to receive any communication from them to deny the request or notify me of the orders postage and tracking which of course goes against their advertised policy and removes them of having to refund the shipping cost when I drive these items back to the warehouse and return them as I have no intention of supporting a company that treats its customers so poorly

Don't go near this store. Took over a week of following up on why my multi-hundred dollar order hadn't been dispatched to be finally told that there was apparently an issue with the 'free gift'. unavailability of a free gift, after about 2 weeks it has still not been posted or has it even been confirmed when it will be posted (apart from being told over the phone last week that it would be sent that day - obviously a lie in hindsight).

They seem to be good however at stringing customers like me along. Absolute scam-like behaviour

I think I need a consult with you lovely people. The samples sent (and I haven’t yet tried the product purchased for me which is an attempt to replace the bold uniq purple for grey hair) were amazing - and unexpected!! So prior to next purchase I’m going to ask what you recommend. Grey hair much less tangly and frizzy after the two gifts you sent. was great as I had ordered a product I was keen to get as I'd just coloured my hair. Well, opened the order and that product wasn't there, even though email saying it was on its way had all items. I sent an email on the same day but was the weekend so didn't expect an immediate response but thought they would on Monday as they had been so quick using chat. I waited til end of day and contacted chat about it and had an immediate response. I gave them proof of non delivery and said I was happy to go to the closest store as I had ordered something else for click and collect and they said sure, we'll let you know when in. Got to Thursday and thought I'd follow up and ask if it was in and she said yes it was available for collection so off I went to the physical store. Got there and first they couldn't find my click and collect, then their system said it had been collected that Monday which was the day I notified chat of missing product. Then they said they had nothing in the system in relation to me collecting the missing item. The staff in store were lovely and gave me the goods after I verified I was legit and told them to reach out if they needed anything more from me. I will probably buy from them again if the price was right but only in store as I just don't need the hassle.

Ordered and paid for an almost $100 order. Thankfully through PayPal. No update three weeks later. Don't answer their phones or emails. Thankfully PayPal intervened and I have recovered my money. Really poor customer service......in fact zero customer service. Show details

Advertised in stock products are not actually in stock wasting the customer's time, but worst of all even when they know this, oz hair & beauty doesn't update stock! Very suspicious also that elsewhere only half the reviews rate this business highly, but here there are much more positive reviews, making me believe they've had some negative reviews here removed.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I received my order quickly and the prices were great. Communication was excellent throughout, and the product range is impressive. Really impressed with the online customer service. I made a mistake with discount code when placing an online order. I received a prompt reply from the online team who resolved my error and refunded the difference no issue. I bought a bottle of the 50ml bottle of Redo- Genie in a bottle off of OzCareBeauty, it was a last minute check out offer, which I don’t usually do. “intervention” from me between washes and it makes her hair so much easier for her to manage. Works a dream, will definitely be buying again. I also use it when I’m in need of a little boost and I love the smell. Not often a product does what it says on the packet these days, but 10/10 product delivers.

I ordered some hair products and the tracking note said it had arrived in WA. After waiting for some time and no movement, I contacted customer service and spoke with a lovely lady, who checked it out and re sent the order, which arrived within the week.
