Customer service was poor – Order placed 30/11. I contacted 14/12 misplaced order, send express post. Sent 15/12 standard post. My granddaughter (7) will not receive her Christmas present for Christmas. Very disappointing.

Just gorgeous – Jewellery at a great price that is just gorgeous - it is so hard to choose my favourite piece so I have started a wish list. Customer service is is fantastic and it is the little things like noticing that I had a delivery address on one order that was different to mine and being asked if I would like my purchase gift wrapped and a gift card included jewellery was as described , great pricing and packaging - fantastic custoemr service
