accurate (or I misunderstood them) and even though I ordered Small which was described as 230mm long, and my wrist measures 190mm, it was still too small. The length of the strap in entirety is 242mm, but because you loose some length with the Velcro-style when you fold it back on itself, it actually ends up being far too small for my wrist. Tbf, it does fit (just, tightly) if I don't feed the watch piece through, but that's obviously pointless - that's to say, it would (nearly) work if the size didn't have to accommodate the height of a time piece and needing to be fed through it. Honestly, it's partly my fault because I thought the "strap length" was referring to how big my wrist was... If the website specified sizes for different wrists rather than different strap lengths, maybe this could have been avoided?
My second grievance is that the colours of the strap didn't match the website. I get that different screen displays will render colours differently etc, but some continuity from Strapify's end would also be good. Because on the same monitor, the two straps I chose look like different colours, specifically, the Velcro one looks much more sandy/beige. But when they arrived the two straps look nearly identical shades of green which impeded the variety I was aiming for with my selections.
Thankfully, Strapify were gracious enough to send me a larger one free of charge, which I greatly appreciate, and I've requested they send a different colour, too, so both my straps aren't nearly the exact same.

I paid to return both straps as instructed and was then told my refund had been processed. However, I only received a partial refund. When I questioned this, I was told it was a “once-off favour” because they don’t normally accept returns.
The issue for me isn’t just the refund amount—it’s that the outcome changed several times throughout the process. Had I been told from the beginning that I would only receive a partial refund, I would have made a different decision before paying to return the items.
I appreciate that they did send a replacement strap, but I found the communication inconsistent and the resolution didn’t match what I believed had been agreed to. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can’t recommend them.

i reluctantly chose a different strap, which also didn't fit my wrist. this is two straps that didn't fit and when i requested a refund was told they don't offer that as an option, instead want to send me a third strap. Not happy with this service, i thought after two different straps not fitting it was a reasonable request for a refund. Will not purchase from this site.

certain I ordered the right one as there was no option to select anything else and therefore disregarded the email that said: disregard if you have done all the steps (that I have just mentioned above). Shipping was a bit in the slow side, that’s ok for a small business. What is NOT ok is that after contacting them, I was blamed for not responding to the email. I explained why I did not respond to the email (because I had done everything they stated in that email that if you had done that, you don’t need to do anything). I explained this twice after contacting them that I got the wrong band. No solution offered other than: we’ll send you the right one for free if you leave a positive review. Fishing for reviews that way is not on. And having read through reviews, I am not the only one! No response after another email explaining why I disregarded the email and questioning their data submission as I also had a weird failure message during payment (not gone through apparently but it had been taken out of my account). I said I won’t send the band back and do the formal exchange and/ or refund as I am certain I ordered the right band. I tried to order on different devices after the first contact email about the wrong band and always end up having the right fit and right size in my cart (obviously not going any further, I wasted enough money). To the band I got: very poor quality and the pin is super thin and flimsy. Wouldn’t put that on a rather expensive watch!

The strap from Strapify feels easy to wear buttery like smooth. after wearing this strap for a long time , there is no wear visible on the strap due to scratches from the buckle, this is an overall good high quality product from the strap to the buckle .
With the strap from Handdn , the buckle and the pin buckle are very rough made and after awhile wearing the strap, i can see a visible wear on the strap due to poor and rough buckle design.
I contacted Handdn regarding this issue and they resented new buckles to me. Howver the problem still persisting.
from this experience i can conclude that Strapify makes great Horween Cordovan strap
just to give you a back ground info the price of Handdn watch is alot of expensive than the strapify strap
