The website is extremely easy to navigate, and contains plenty of information and assistance to make the shopping experience seamless. The assortment of straps is unprecedented and the customer service is the quickest I’ve seen of any online store in a very long time. Really glad to have stumbled upon the store, and now have a few straps to jazz up my otherwise pretty ordinary wearable technology!

Really happy with this band. It's comfortable, feels well made, and the Velcro holds really securely without being difficult to adjust. I also managed to create a postage issue, which was completely my own fault. The seller was so responsive and helpful, and sorted everything out quickly. Great product and even better customer service. I'd happily buy from them again.

I bought a strap for my Samsung watch but accidentally ordered the wrong one. The team at Stapify were very helpful in getting it swapped over, there were no issues at all. nearly lost his watch as a result. The silicone band purchased for my watch is very thick material and not like the original thin flexible Garmin band at all. I emailed for a replacement (of a different type) and offered to go to the warehouse to exchange so not to bother them with shipping, I was emailed back they would look onto it and get back to me, they never did, even after a follow up email. This was all within the 2 week exchange period. Very dissapointing product quality and customer service overall. Will not purchase through them again.

different coloured Milanese Clasp bands, which also arrived promptly. However, the right-size Clasp bands were too still too large for my rather small wrist and the looseness affected the watch's ECG operation. Upon contacting Strapify, a response was received the same day, offering immediate replacement with Milanese Loop bands (my original purchases) or return for credit or refund. No waiting, just a quick assessment and response to the customer. Our previous reasons for shopping with Strapify now include an additional one - that of rapid response and positive support to customer queries. certain I ordered the right one as there was no option to select anything else and therefore disregarded the email that said: disregard if you have done all the steps (that I have just mentioned above). Shipping was a bit in the slow side, that’s ok for a small business. What is NOT ok is that after contacting them, I was blamed for not responding to the email. I explained why I did not respond to the email (because I had done everything they stated in that email that if you had done that, you don’t need to do anything). I explained this twice after contacting them that I got the wrong band. No solution offered other than: we’ll send you the right one for free if you leave a positive review. Fishing for reviews that way is not on. And having read through reviews, I am not the only one! No response after another email explaining why I disregarded the email and questioning their data submission as I also had a weird failure message during payment (not gone through apparently but it had been taken out of my account). I said I won’t send the band back and do the formal exchange and/ or refund as I am certain I ordered the right band. I tried to order on different devices after the first contact email about the wrong band and always end up having the right fit and right size in my cart (obviously not going any further, I wasted enough money). To the band I got: very poor quality and the pin is super thin and flimsy. Wouldn’t put that on a rather expensive watch!

The feature that allows you to simply start typing your watch model and have it recognised immediately made the whole process incredibly smooth and confidence-boosting.

My order was dispatched quickly after purchase and arrived in Brisbane, QLD within just three days using standard post — which was a great surprise.

Communication with the Strapify team was also excellent. Despite the reminders on the site, I forgot to request my free pins when placing the order. After emailing them, I received a response within minutes from a team member confirming the pins would be included — outstanding service.

I’m really happy with the quality, price, and overall experience. The wide variety of straps makes it easy to switch depending on the occasion or activity. I’ll definitely be shopping with Strapify again.

Straps came very quickly after ordering and are great quality. The online service to ensure straps are the correct size is great and there was an amazing variety to choose from with different styles and materials. Good communication with the team when I had a query.
