adjustable rings and they are all gorgeous and sturdy. I am very happy with all of them! I love the range of their products, it is hard to find modern but unique jewellery designs these days. The rings I bought in particular, I can dress them up, down, wear multiple rings or just have the one. They are perfect for any occasion!

find a phone number through Google. These concerns were misplaced because once they were able to get to my email they apologised because they had been swamped and so far could not be more helpful. Although I am yet to receive the new pairs, and I received a confirmation email that my order has been processed at no cost to me for a new pair of each at no extra cost.
I will post photos once I received them.
Posted this, my replacement earrings have turned up. Not just the single earring from each that was missing, but two whole new pairs of earrings. Please see the photos.

Everything is so beautifully made and I get so many compliments on all the pieces. I had an issue with one of the products and the customer service team was fantastic to deal with and solved the issue very quickly. I will be a loyal customer of this brand going forward.
Follow-up · One of my earrings had a faulty clasp and my ring had one very tiny stone missing. I brought it to their attention and the issue was resolved within 24 hours. They offered me a few options of refund/store credit/replacement product which I appreciated. For customization, I purchased the locket necklace where you can customize it with photos from your phone and they print the images to go in the locket.

something else. I exchanged for a different bracelet & paid the extra. Upon receiving it looked different to photo online. I exchanged for a different one again. I paid postage back to them. I received the replacement & its missing part of extension & brand tag. I emailed & was told it's old stock but it's not the one I purchased from photo online. I asked to return & get a refund. They offered store credit & i said no thanks I dont want to purchase from them ever again. They offered 50% refund & I keep bracelet. I agreed only because I want this over. They refunded me $21 which was 50% of the extra I paid. I have emailed them saying 50% is $62.50 haven't heard back. Going by reviews i doubt i will. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I was given several options to resolve the issue — receive the same item again, swap it for something different, or choose a 100% store credit refund. I really appreciated being given a choice.
I decided on a replacement of the same bracelet, and it was organised straight away with no hassle. The entire process was smooth and reassuring.

necklace I bought came out ace and exactly how I expected! The other necklaces I bought are really lovely and delicate! The sizing for rings is really accurate and if you know your size you can shop with such ease! A lot of the rings are a bit smaller in person though, I wish they had more details in some descriptions, however it wouldn’t change my purchases!!
