pre-existing necklace could have an extra initial added. Firstly the service was so quick and prompt. Customer representative, Jenny was so friendly and explained that as it was a custom order, I would need to purchase a new necklace. It was offered at any incredibly generous price and organised so quickly. I am so impressed with the level of service, fast turnaround and the beautiful necklace. This is an everyday staple for me. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to purchase as a gift for someone in the future.

I had some minor issues with my order but they were lovely and sorted it out very fast. I would buy from here over and over again. I love their pieces and it actually lasts no fading or discolouring. I 100% would recommend!

something else. I exchanged for a different bracelet & paid the extra. Upon receiving it looked different to photo online. I exchanged for a different one again. I paid postage back to them. I received the replacement & its missing part of extension & brand tag. I emailed & was told it's old stock but it's not the one I purchased from photo online. I asked to return & get a refund. They offered store credit & i said no thanks I dont want to purchase from them ever again. They offered 50% refund & I keep bracelet. I agreed only because I want this over. They refunded me $21 which was 50% of the extra I paid. I have emailed them saying 50% is $62.50 haven't heard back. Going by reviews i doubt i will. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Awful customer service and although I really like the design of my necklace I bought, I would not order through them again. Not great quality for the prices they charge.

Camile & Stone, especially Ellie, who assisted me throughout the process. She was kind, professional, and understanding, and quickly acknowledged that it was likely a manufacturing fault. I was given several options to resolve the issue — receive the same item again, swap it for something different, or choose a 100% store credit refund. I really appreciated being given a choice.

I decided on a replacement of the same bracelet, and it was organised straight away with no hassle. The entire process was smooth and reassuring.
