I have also seen them reply to people on here asking them to change their negative reviews into positive- this is incredibly unethical and unprofessional. Most of the good reviews seem to be from people who have received incentive. I will never purchase from this brand again and I will be warning others. If my order comes and it is not 18k gold vermeil as promised which I doubt it will be, (I will be going to a jewellers to get it assessed), then I will be reporting this company. They send you so many marketing emails yet don’t reply when you have a genuine query or concern- only care about making sales and not customer satisfaction. I do really hope when my necklace arrives it is decent, but I am not hopeful it will be worth the money I paid. Will update but this is my experience so far.
