As soon as I saw this necklace advertised on Facebook I knew I had found the perfect item to wear in memory of my beautiful mum who past recently. The craftsmanship is amazing. They tried to Gaslight me by telling me I was wrong after they sent the wrong sized ring and despite me proving it (I even ran it through Ai programs to get measurements which confirmed they were wrong, which they also seem to use themselves) before they just completely ignored me and never responded, they also had an Ad that was intentionally a… Read more
LIE aswell saying "Place an order by X date and you'll recieve it before Mothers Day" it arrived weeks after their Ad claimed it would (which is ILLEGAL to do in Australia)
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, they have no morals, values or even basic customer service skills and think that they're right about everything despite being proven wrong, so they will just Gaslight you to try and make it seem like they are correct.
The first bit of evidence I sent through they just sent back that they altered and put a "Size 10" on it, so I put all ths photos through multiple programs to get a distance and it came back with my ring being a size 11.5 when I ordered a 10, the 11 was consistent with my original observations using the 2 ring sizer tools I have at home, so they just ignored me when I sent that back to them.
They then claimed on another review I left (as they refused to allow me to leave a review on thier website) that they "emailed me" which it's now 2 days after that claim and I've recieved NO email etc.
Picture of the ring alone is my original I sent them Picture of the one with 3 rings is what they edited to futher gaslight me And the one with the conclusion on it is just one of the findings from a program I used to get an unbiased direct answer.

I am happy to say that I received it on the 23rd of December and out team could present it to her in time for Christmas as a remembrance for her departed husband. When my new ring arrived in all its stunning shininess, the stone was a little larger and the band a little wider - completely understandable given the 6 year time difference from the first order...yes they were still as good as the day they arrived which is a testament to the quality.
I reached out to Rej again to say thank you and enquire as to when the next sale would be so I could "upgrade" the other two to match and to my delight, I was offered a discount equal to the offer I had used to purchase the replacement so that I could get the other 2! Completely unexpected but so appreciated.

Getting close to Xmas, my order hasn’t shipped, I’m starting to get nervous so I email Belle Fever and they replied promptly. They sent it out for me express even though I missed the cut off by a day. That showed me that they really care about their customers.
When the product arrived, I opened them and the photo necklace brought a tear to my eyes, it was perfect, way above expectations. My brother and sister in law loved them when we gave them to the kids on Xmas day. Now they will have memories of their Nanny and Opa forever. I recommend Belle fever and will definitely purchase again.

The bracelets purchased were far too small and not fit for purpose. The only option available was the largest, at 6cm, but it was too small. This is a scam because when you contact customer service, they want you to pay an additional $15 per bracelet with a 30% discount for a resize. UPDATE Belle Fever provided replacement bracelets that were fit for purpose. Although the customer service process was frustrating, the end result was something that could be put to use. (3 stars out of 5)
