Follow-up · Interesting, I really liked buying from you the jewellery was lovely, at a good price. The last time I bought from you, it was a ring I think, and it didn’t fit, and sent it back but never heard from You again, something must have gone wrong in the post, I’m not blaming you, but it just made me a bit wary of ordering again. black enamel if you order it, to ensure writing is legible. Customer service was very good, I would recommend this seller.
Follow-up · Communication was good regarding return of incorrectly blank necklace. I received a replacement engraved necklace. While it is nice, the size of engraving is so small that it can't be read. If you're considering buying this product, I recommend getting the engraving done in black - it might then be visible.

Your use of Australia Post to deliver your products has let you down. They are so incompetent that it is astounding. We will never again shop from an online source that uses Australia Post to make our lives a misery. Show details
I love the jewellery. Have ordered many times. But the bags that the jewellery comes in stink. I’ve told the company previously but the most recent delivery again had an awful stench. It makes the jewellery feel cheap.
