SmartCare Mattress Protector

Leather dr – Put a claim in and got the mattress cleaned and the protector replaced. The leather doctor that cleaned it was realllly good

The worst ever – Terrible product. It is not waterproof at all. I have to clean everything after my son vomit on my bed. Such a shame. Amart sells all the poor quality products with so high price

Scammmers do not pay with this crew – I bought couches with amart and purchased the extra care SmartCare. Once my couches became damaged they would not fix. Chris Whitbread then told me he would not be discussing the claim as he’s decision is final. I kept asking please how me taking care of my product is being careless. Explained the story and asked him to pinpoint exactly what point of the story I was reckless. He could not answer and avoided as much he could. Keep away this company is a scam amart sadly I will not buying anything from them again. The guy who sold me this crap mattress protecter told me it insures from Everything.

Not Waterproof – I have had 3 replacements now, all said to be faulty according to Smart Care and yet this evening my toddler wet the bed and yet again it has gone through the mattress protector. I cold wash and line dry In shade as per instructions so it is cared for fine. Very disappointing considering the cost and the fact it is sold to you with your new, expensive mattress.
