exactly what I didn't want. I didn't want to make any issues so I thought I'd sort it out by purchasing a topper from Emma. Hence I purchased the Emma Topper so I could get a more comfortable nights sleep. The topper arrived quickly; I purchased the softest one they had. Again very disappointed as it was just as hard as the mattress. It is meant to be soft-medium on one side and medium-firm on the other. I found it very difficult to feel any noticeable difference between the two. I now have got a more use to it but am not happy. I decided I'll will keep it and it will eventually go on the spare bed, when we finish renovating.

My recommendation is if you are looking for a soft mattress topper then don't buy this. To me it's firm. I am now going to have to purchase another one somewhere else to find a soft topper. If Emma had a softer one I would have returned it for a direct exchange, but I don't think they have one ,so I am left to source another one. They are out there as I have slept on them at other places. Just need to find one. A little disappointed and an expensive mistake. This is not a criticism about Emma as their policies are very clear, more than fair and excellent, so it is not their problem. They have not done anything wrong. I wish they did not advertise it as soft-medium, as I was always looking for a soft mattress but supporting. On the positive: I love that it doesn't have the corner straps and it is very smick looking.

Very disappointed as product not suitable & want to return. Need to warn others as they promote flexible return policy but it is false. Completed request to return - ignored. Sent email - ignored. Don’t promote flexible return when it is not. Try it for 3 months & if not happy send back - sure!! Want photos & also have to get back in small box. They used a suction tool which I do not have. Suggest you stay away from this & pick a different company that has legit flexible return policy.

can to fix it. So we decided to buy the topper as it is advertised to help with the heat. Well I have noticed a considerable amount of difference now with the topper. But I tried to speak to someone from customer service and they didn’t really know much about it. I had it delivered and I wanted to know wether to use a mattress protector over the topper. Customer service didn’t know the answer and wanted me to wait for someone to get back to me. Well I couldn’t wait as I wanted to get it all set up. So I made a decision and took the mattress protector off as the toppers cover can be removed. Was the best decision I made. Has worked wonders.

Customer service department needs more training. After reading reviews I thought surely they can’t be that bad. Well yes they are. I don’t really think they know what they are talking about.

I’ve sent other emails to your customer service about your hideously rude and aggressive delivery person who said I didn’t include my unit number but I have a screenshot proving it was in the specific delivery instructions.

The entire experience has been beyond awful!

Not sure what the hell you’ve done since I last ordered in 2022 but that was a dream compared to this. I even reflected in my previous emails which were informative and clear.

I can’t even be bothered with a refund.

Bought a new Sealy mattress about 10 months ago. And was lacking in comfort. Instead of buying a new mattress. Decided to give this ago. Very happy l did, what a difference it has made. After struggling with hip pain exacerbated from being a side sleeper but unable to afford a new mattress just yet, I compromised and opted for the Emma Flip Topper. The old mat a good base for a Emma topper – The old mat was getting passes use date.. decided to toss out and get new one... friends said just get a topper if not happy then buy a new mat and you can still use the topper. Renewed and refreshed – It’s like sleeping in a brand new bed but all we did was buy the Topper and lay it on top of our 5yo mattress.
