The waterproofing works exactly as promised. I tested it with a small spill, and the liquid didn’t seep through at all — my mattress stayed completely dry.

The products are good. The service is terrible. They got my order wrong. Two months later I still can't get a refund and there is basically zero communication or customer service.

If you're not a furnace like me, I'd totally recommend it, especially if you have an older mattress you want to protect and refresh. Just be warned, it might not be the best choice if you tend to run warm!

Great mattress protector – This is a really high quality waterproof mattress protector. It’s comfortable, breathable and fits an Emma mattress snugly. Please note that it will not fit both an Emma mattress and an Emma topper, which is a flaw in design. Show details ·  1

Spare bed – It’s OK to sleep on as a spare bed. The edges are not firm so if you are near the edge, feels like you are going to slide off. Not as firm as I would like. But OK for the price and convenient, friendly and timely delivery. Show details

Does what it says on the tin, pretty great – It holds things together well, with a topper it is slightly stretched which is to be expected. Honestly it's a good product but I don't know how you'd get "5 Star magic" from a mattress protector, so 4 stars it is. The best mattress of my life – It made my move across state easy as it arrived so quick and after setting it up it is by far the comfiest mattress I have experienced. I like it firm, which it definitely is, and the pillow/sheets matched the high quality of the mattress itself. Just right. Does the job – Got the mattress protector because we have a 4yo that still has accidents in the night. Emma mattresses are thinner and this fits perfectly and does the job. Bonus that it is hypoallergenic. Only thing is that it covers the side handles of the mattress making changing the sheets slightly harder. Show details ·  1
