Terrible customer service. There is no size guide on the website for rings. Emailed them and asked how do l know what ring size to get and l get an email back asking what my concern is and what do l mean by ring size. Am l asking about the watch size. Reply no l need a ring size and ask again how do l know which ring size to get, they email back use string to measure. Still doesn't tell me what size l need. Email again asking where the supposed guide is and get an email back saying, as stated on our website the size available is size 8. How would l know size 8 is the size l need. How are they even in business.
