Poor experience overall. Item arrived badly damaged, and the seller ignored multiple messages afterward. They refused to offer a replacement or refund while the return was in transit, despite the courier arranging an insurance claim on their end. I had to get eBay involved, and the refund was only secured after the seller failed to respond. Disappointing customer service.
