Have now introduced Lamb Puff as a treat for my dog, some other friends dogs and my neighbours dog. One 500g bag goes a very long way and it's easy to break up to suit little mouths too! Show reply

Budget per products was fine to buy from. And most products are good. I would say th Kong crackles stick is not a good one to buy though. 36 hrs after giving it to our dog the whole end is chewed off. And Kong toys are not cheap. All other Kong tits he has never been able to destroy. Show reply
You can't go wrong with Budget Pets, the majority on best prices .. especially for auto deliveries. Rarely do we go elsewhere for products for our fur babies. Show reply

Great prices, exceptional quality. I have been buying dog food, dental chews and joint and cartilage supplements, to name just a few, for years from Budget Pet Products. They stock recommended products by vets. Their delivery is quick with free postage over $49 orders. I'm always comparing their prices with those at the vets and other pet stores and 99.9% of the time, Budget Pet Products are cheaper. I can't fault their service or products. Show reply
Have used BPP for many many years now as we lived local to Gold Coast and wanted to support local business. We've moved away but still use them. Never had an issue , prices always the cheapest in comparison, delivery always done ✔️ Great to use. I won't use any big pet shop front retailer due to selling of puppies and kittens , and pricing. BPP are reliable and consistent with pricing, range, and availability. They pack and ship my order quickly every time, it usually arrives in a couple of days. I usually get free shipping, as usually spend over a certain amount. promised delivery three days in a row. Still nothing. I’ve left my gate open each day to allow access, compromising my property’s security for a delivery that never arrives.
Budget Pet Products’ chat team keeps passing responsibility back to the courier without resolving anything. I purchased from Budget Pet Products and expect them to take responsibility for getting my order delivered.
What makes this especially frustrating is that I’m in Brisbane and the order is coming from the Gold Coast. I’ll be requesting a refund tomorrow.
First delivery was great with a competitive, auto delivery price. Next auto delivery the price went up $17, with no resolution to my enquiries at all. Order cancelled, will be price matching at petbarn from now on, much more reliable

Company ships via Aramex, parcel delayed for a week now. This company said they lodged a inquiry with the courier but after 4 days I am still yet to receive a reply. The shipping issue is not the company's fault, I understand that. However they are using an AI customer service bot which is just rabbiting my keywords back at me in apology emails… Read more
