carry the bags once they were almost empty. Some of the bags are still outside as just doing this caused me a lot of pain. I did the online order specifically because I am currently not able to pick up the bags in the supermarket. Great prices, exceptional quality. I have been buying dog food, dental chews and joint and cartilage supplements, to name just a few, for years from Budget Pet Products. They stock recommended products by vets. Their delivery is quick with free postage over $49 orders. Never had an issue , prices always the cheapest in comparison, delivery always done ✔️ Great to use. I won't use any big pet shop front retailer due to selling of puppies and kittens , and pricing. I bought revolution flea drops several days ago because the listing said one dose free. When it arrived it was only the 3 pack, no free dose. The free dose is now on revolution plus. I am very careful about what I buy and what I click on. This is not my mistake, this is bait and switch. Needless to say I am very disappointed

They ignored delivery instructions, the boxes were very damaged and items arrived in different deliveries with the second coming almost a week later. Pathetic! The company used to have same or next day delivery and now it takes them at least a week and a half. I called up to ask what was happening with my order and they just didn’t care. A typical generation a kid put himself on autopilot and said sorry there’s nothing we can do.
