I ordered my two products only to be told that one wasn't in stock was told could have refund but I need these products so put order on hold till.stock comes in its been 2 weeks still have not recieved
As always, very happy with service. Fast delivery. The only thing I would recommend is sending out information about the prescription. I took a photo before I sent the script to you, but can't find it. If when the prescription is sent an accompanying note regarding if the script is complete or still has some left on it would be great.
The customer service with Pet Chemist is fantastic & the staff on the phone are so helpful. I placed an order for Apoquel & told the lady it was urgent as I only had 2 tablets left. My order arrived on the 2nd day, so relieved as Max really suffers without it. Keep up the good work Pet Chemist Love Wendy & Max

I could not fault them. They have excellent customer service and good competitive pricing plus from my experience, it’s easy to contact them by telephone and email which is important when needed. My dog’s healthy life style thrives with Petz Park amongst other carefully selected nutritional doggy stuff and Pet chemist online seems to have the best deals.

I was not contacted at any time about anything. As a result of the misinformation provided by Pet Chemist, my dog was forced to go without his epilepsy medication for three days. Instead of receiving his medication by Friday the 13th of June, I received it today, the 18th of June. BUT this was only due to me realising my order hadn't progressed after six days. On 15th of June I uploaded his repeat prescription AGAIN to see if this would change the order status - it did, within hours. TOO LATE. My dog had three seizures last night.

$89.00 bag of litter plus delivery disappointing, and were left wondering how much litter leaked out of the nox during transit.

I don't appreciate being sold a product that has been discontinued without a warning. Caninsulin Vetpen starter kit (0.5IU-8IU) for a diabetic dog. Cost me 175 bucks and the cartridges are being phased out
Follow-up · I was not warned that the product had been discontinued Replacement cartridges are not easy to find and I am using normal syringe injections instead. Total waste of money

Dreadful experience. Placed online order and you took the money from my credit card. Then asked for script upload which I did 3 times and twice by email attachment. You kept sending emails telling me you didn't have the script and then you asked for copy of tracking when I mailed it. Too hard guys....your competition made it much easier. Sorry.
Considering the warnings were not obvious and both my dogs ended up costing $3500 at the vets after I put the worming treatment in their food, and will not ordering again. Even the vet said this is common due to lack of obvious warnings on the box.
Product is very good, I've been using it for years from local Pet shop. But the delivery is clearly stated that signature required to prevent it from being stolen.
