Nothing wrong with the product and was well packed. The courier service - Amtrak was as slow as a "wet week". They also managed to wedge the box into my letter box so I had the greatest difficulty extracting it.

I could not fault them. They have excellent customer service and good competitive pricing plus from my experience, it’s easy to contact them by telephone and email which is important when needed. My dog’s healthy life style thrives with Petz Park amongst other carefully selected nutritional doggy stuff and Pet chemist online seems to have the best deals.

I was not contacted at any time about anything. As a result of the misinformation provided by Pet Chemist, my dog was forced to go without his epilepsy medication for three days. Instead of receiving his medication by Friday the 13th of June, I received it today, the 18th of June. BUT this was only due to me realising my order hadn't progressed after six days. On 15th of June I uploaded his repeat prescription AGAIN to see if this would change the order status - it did, within hours. TOO LATE. My dog had three seizures last night.

Great price Great delivery time Product was Insectivore mix....our Magpies and kookaburras absolutely devour it. We mix some fruit and nuts with raw oats as well which also brings in other local natives.
Ordered Glandex for my dog. Was worried when I saw Aramex was the courier but this time they managed to deliver in good time. Aramex in my area are not great. Nothing to do with pet chemist at all. Product arrived as described and it was the cheapest price I could get it for!

the Pet Chemist website. Shortly after, I received confirmation that the parcel was going to be delivered to my old address. Without another option, I left a note for the residents at the old address letting them know of the parcel situation. A week after placing the order, I found out via the original Aramex tracking link that the parcel has been returned to sender, with no update on whether it'll ever be sent to my correct address as requested. Would leave a 0 star rating if I could, but giving 1 star in the event it might still show up before I have to try to contact customer service for help again.
