I always find the products and services from Pet Chemist excellent. However, I did find the last order took much longer tobe delivered than my previous experiences. In comparison to other 'like' services the delivery time was probably comparable, as past experience has been super fast
The Management of Pet Chemist can't even be bothered responding when customers request to be contacted by them, that sums up the lack of service. [Name Removed] needs to behave in a much more professional manner.

I could not fault them. They have excellent customer service and good competitive pricing plus from my experience, it’s easy to contact them by telephone and email which is important when needed. My dog’s healthy life style thrives with Petz Park amongst other carefully selected nutritional doggy stuff and Pet chemist online seems to have the best deals.

I was not contacted at any time about anything. As a result of the misinformation provided by Pet Chemist, my dog was forced to go without his epilepsy medication for three days. Instead of receiving his medication by Friday the 13th of June, I received it today, the 18th of June. BUT this was only due to me realising my order hadn't progressed after six days. On 15th of June I uploaded his repeat prescription AGAIN to see if this would change the order status - it did, within hours. TOO LATE. My dog had three seizures last night.

Simple to order. I rang to see how the order was going considering it was a prescription order placed a week earlier. I told the lady that my dog only had 4 of her tablets left so I needed the order fairly quickly. She rushed it through the process and expressed mailed it. It arrived the day before my dog ran out! Out of the 3 products, I've been using 2 of them, those were the 4cyte and rose hip. The cookies was the only one which I was excited to give my fur baby. He seems to enjoy it much. I will order it again for sure. Thank you.
The products are as always great - delivery not so much when the driver left our 5 boxes of biscuits in 2 cartons outside the gate on the rain when there was a perfectly usable empty carport 5m away!

amazing communication responses when I ordered my Cleo's tablets, my script had ran out, I hadn't realized this, so promptly got a new script, sent to Pet Chemist and reply was in minutes, sent that afternoon, arrived next day. Much appreciated.

The package arrived 2 days after ordering... It was packaged in a small foam box with plenty of coolant gels to keep the prescription cold.. I was very pleased to see how this was shipped.

I paid extra for priority order processing, however it took 4 days for my order to be dispatched. I feel that the ‘priority order processing fee’ was a rip-off as no priority was given to my order.
The items were received and in good order - however the delivery process and lack of clarity on the website was quite annoying. They advertised a discount on delivery that was not applicable for PO boxes and this was explained in the follow-up, but no chance to change to another address.
Pet chemist did advise to send the original prescription at the time of making the order. It was not until payment was sent and received and several days later making delivery longer than it should have. No excuses and not professional enough.
