When package arrived I was to send it back & if they deemed it fit after a suitability examination they would grant me a store credit. Well, what use is that to me? Never again will I deal with such a greedy uncooperative mob who has no concern for their customers. Have NEVER struck this level of disregard when purchasing.

I could not fault them. They have excellent customer service and good competitive pricing plus from my experience, it’s easy to contact them by telephone and email which is important when needed. My dog’s healthy life style thrives with Petz Park amongst other carefully selected nutritional doggy stuff and Pet chemist online seems to have the best deals.

I was not contacted at any time about anything. As a result of the misinformation provided by Pet Chemist, my dog was forced to go without his epilepsy medication for three days. Instead of receiving his medication by Friday the 13th of June, I received it today, the 18th of June. BUT this was only due to me realising my order hadn't progressed after six days. On 15th of June I uploaded his repeat prescription AGAIN to see if this would change the order status - it did, within hours. TOO LATE. My dog had three seizures last night.

The order for Vivitonin should have been quicker as the prescription was sent directly from my vet. My past orders have been dispatched quicker.
Simple to order. I rang to see how the order was going considering it was a prescription order placed a week earlier. I told the lady that my dog only had 4 of her tablets left so I needed the order fairly quickly. She rushed it through the process and expressed mailed it. It arrived the day before my dog ran out! Used to have good experience ordering from Pet Chemist. In recent months have had a strange issue ordering from their website. Cannot get any response from their so called customer service. Multiple emails unanswered, can't find a phone number to call so will look elsewhere now.
I have been unable to order on-line for some time, as I an unable to enter my credit card details on the pay screen of the 'cart'. It has a locked symbol and will not accept inputs.
Placed my order on June 12, Still waiting for it to be delivered! Already had a message to say the Idelivery delayed by 48 hours…:that was four days ago and still no parcel. Keep being referred to the tracking process which is still showing the same thing it was on Friday the 29th June. Not Happy Jan!

Very disappointed in the delivery process, estimated delivery was to be today, but Aramex now advise at least another 4 days. We kept tracking the parcel but ended up stuck between melbourne and launceston for a week. We have had to now purchase additional tablets from a local supplier. Unlikely to buy online again, just not reliable.
